I applied online through the convocation website. I registered and proceeded for the payment made the payment i got a transaction ID and when i was about to submit that the website started to act up and there was an error "Struts problem report" i don't have any confirmation if my payment went through but my amount has been deducted. And i have tried calling them up to confirm but they don't answer any calls so don't see any complaints made...
