I made the online payment of rupees 617 for OD on 3rd October 2021.
The amount got deducted from my account and then it shown error and I didn't get my acknowledge and even if I re-login it is asking to make the payment again.

Kindly request you to resolve the issue.

    i got acknowledgement after 3 days . for who so ever encountered the same issue . just relax and checke k after 3 days, u will get acknowledgement . so dont worry and dont stress yourself . you need not make any double payments

            I had done two payments(Rs.1200) for single application. My money got debited twice. And also unable to get acknowledgement.

                I want to apply for transcripts. First o tried to register in portal, I have entered the details and clicked on submit then I didn't receive password through email or sms. Again when I tried to registered it is showing as already registered. Now I'm neither able to login or register. Please help on this.

                      Hi team,

                      I made two payments (total of 1200/-) for single OD application in jntuh website on 12th September, both got failed but the money was debited and it was showed http 500 -internal server error.

                      then i mailed to [protected]@billdesk.com i got a reply on the next day and the transaction was successful.

                      But still i need to get refund of 600/- as i made two payments for single application.

                      I mailed so many times but this time i didn't get any reply

                      So, please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                      Hi team,

                      I made a payment (total of 400/-) for OD application in jntuh website on 25 november 2022, both got failed but the money was debited and it was showed EXCEPTION 200 ERROR. And later when i checked the track application it says no application found. Tomorrow is the last day for OD application submission but until now I haven't received any update on my payment.

                      So, please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                          I am a student of VREC College Nizamabad, affiliated by JNTUH.
                          My complaint is that the 1-1 sem of R-18 supply, on 6th of this month the results issued and in just 2 days the date of paying fees has expired... Today I have gone to pay the fees and I have been fined 100 rupees on late fee.. how this is possible sir the date has just expired in 2 days... 😪
                          I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS BEHAVIOUR FROM THIS UNIVERSITY.

                              I am Jarvis michael from CMRIT . I have applied for Transcripts on 27th august online and its been more than 10 days but the status is still showing as printing and i have not received any mail updates about it. I sent a mail to the support team but no reply. I tried calling the help desk more than a 100 times (from 11am-5pm) but no one attends or the phone is switched off .It is very urgent for me .                                   Such a business by JTNUH, Playing with the life of young graduates :(
                                  So mean, students who applied for revaluation has got no improvement at least one mark even? How could this be possible, none of the students were satisfied with rc/rv results.
                                  RC/RV Results were the hope for students who need to submit their transcripts for mnc's. But results turned out to be useless .

                                    Iam m pharmacy student, since I have written the supplementary exams of 1st and 2nd sem of four subjects, and cleared the 3rd sem, since results are not out, but the college admin are saying to submit thesis by 4 th of September only for 1 st year all clear students. This is not fair how can they release date before releasing our results, If they are willing to settle without 1st year supply students, why would jntuh conducted exams and delaying in releasing results, if so this education is for people or for money from underfinancial students, this is an open form of business from student funds in form of supply, just a common sense one should have before doing certain announcements which disturbs the minds of students without clarity.
