We bought jawed habib vip card coupons from jawed habib (Near to ritz continental gole market, mahanagar lucknow -226006, ph no -[protected]). The reason we purchase the coupons because of name and fame of jawed habib salons. We really appreciate your salons in other locations.
But we have a very bad and worst experience in this salons (Address mentioned above.). Everytime, we call the call attender use to say that we will not provide service for vip coupons on saturday and sunday. This is not mentioned anywhere in the coupons. We are working girls, so it is not possible for us to go on working days. The way receptionist, speaks to us was really annoying and it seems she will favour us by providing services. But some how, after many calls, she ask us to come in parlour. The services they had given us was really annoying and no where matches the standard of javed habib. Weven at the time of service they were not behaving rudely.

I am from kanpur and i used to visit rave 3 habib for hair cuts n spa. Before 3 months approx i visited there and one repetitive offer me a membership card worth rs.1500/- for few services in next 6 moths. After few days wen i visited there i was shocked to c the same got closed due to some lease agreement ws expaired as told by guard there. Now that membership card is of no use in other habib store.

So kindly suggest where should i go and what should i do with that card?

Habibs at teghoria is the worst salon of the chain. Its like the third grade local salon. Not just the services are horrible the owner barnali sarkar is also one reckless rude and # person. The staff at the reception is pathetic.. One women from some stinking village.
After giving a horrible hair color service.. When i complaint to the owner she literally disconnected the call. The women on the reception started threatening and i had to pay the entire charge if rs.2500 for a horrible service. Do not visit this place!

Me and wife went to delhi vasant kunj mall for facial treatment on 4th dec 2017 and we spent 5000 rs of getting most inexperienced staff service and no effect on face. It was even worser than local salon using other co products and just applying over the face. I m filing legal complaint in 7 days from now if i dont get my money back.

Dear javed habib,

You used to be a styling legend, with your stories being covered in leading print media. And i am inclined to believe you still are. Maybe that is the reason i chose to get my bridal make-up done at one of your franchises. After all, it was a big day of my life and i thought important things are best left to the experts in their art. But i couldn’t have been more wrong.

It was my dream to look my best on my wedding day; i had put in months of efforts to get everything planned. But my wedding day make up was a complete blunder. Maybe i was wrong in holding on to the belief that the name javed habib symbolizes quality and class.

I am sorry to inform you mr. Habib, that in your quest to scale up your franchises, you have severely diluted your quality standards. And if more and more customers like me are left disappointed, i believe there will not be much left to the brand javed habib over any local salon!

Let me share the specifics:

I am referring to your franchise in fatehgunj, vadodara (Gujarat). I and my husband had opted for the bride and the groom package. While selling the deal to us they made all sorts of promises to us such as we’ll use mac brand make-up, we’ll do an hd make-up, and more. But little did we realize that this was just a good salesman pitch.

Come wedding day and we see that the makeup is an utter disaster.in my husband’s case, first, they apply the trimmer directly to the beard that was painstakingly grown over 3 months leaving uneven patches. If we just wanted to apply trimmer why would we come to your salon and pay hundreds to bucks for it, c’mon! They tried to cover up for it using a black shade which ended up looking outright artificial. Second, his face was layered with such a thick film of poorly applied foundation that every photograph you see, it’s so clearly visible.

In my case, first they picked a wrong shade and made me look 3 shades darker. Second, they put fake eye lashes so clumsily that their edges came out right at the start of the function. Third, the eye makeup was of such poor quality that it began to smudge below the eyes by itself right in the beginning of the event. On wedding day, they left two thick hair locks swaying loose in front of the face. Who on earth does that! The photographer kept telling me entire time to put my hair lock behind my ears! I couldn’t even get one neat picture without the hair locks covering half my face and expressions. And, they left the hair bun so loose that it couldn’t even hold the weight of my specially crafted dupatta – i had to find a light dupatta that would stay in position last moment and make do with grave mismatch – so much of wasted effort and money!

I am taking efforts to write down such long mail because i don’t want other brides to suffer the fate i did – i would be the happiest person if i can save even one dream from shattering. I wish you take some corrective measure on these lines.

Smoothenen my hair from kolkata newtown jaweb habibs salon. Its not been 1 week after first wash my hair went pathetic. Worst than before. I want my hairs back. I even went to salon they are saying its needs cutting. I want my hair back that too in good condition. I spent 7.5k and got rough hair. Its not been even a week. Please help me put. I assumed that a salon by habib means no risk but it was ridiculous whom ever the employee... Just because your board is showing an offer you will cheat the people... But i think most of the time people visit you just because they have blind believe on your name "habib". I visited today 13/10/2017 in the evening and they treated me and my hair very badly... They are inexperienced... They crushed my hair with their fuzzy brush and the dryer and on complaining that i got hurting... She replied me aap chillao mat maa'm. What a rubbish!!!
I will never visit u and not even let my friends to visit u...

Maine jawed habib badnera road amravati ke saloon mai cutting n threading. Wo ladki ne itni buri tarah threading kiya h ki itni jagah cut kiya h meri skin jo ki mujhe last 3 days se dhukh raha h. Uske baad cutting wale ne shampoo kiya jisse mera itne hair chipak gaye kya pata konse shampoo use kiya usne unke pass tools bhi nahi the properly kom nahi tha unke pass. Itne hair mere khich khich ke mera sur dhukh raha tha. Aur hum unko bolrahe h to wo bole aapne hair kharab karke rakhe h to hum kya kare. Sir ye yaha pe aapka naam kharab kar rahe h pls hum chahte h ki jo hamare sath hua wo kisi aur ka sath na ho. Isliye aap kuch strick action le aur unko kuch sikhao pehle local saloon mai bhi mujhe kabhi aisi taklif nahi gayi h aaj tak kitni jawed habib mai gayi h. Very very bad experience.

I have done my hair colour from jared habib... I am regular customer there since last 3 years... This time i am very unsatisfied with the service provided to me... It has damaged all my hair and colour is so bad tht people around me mocking at me looking to my hair... I am very upset with this... I need an urgent reply... I regret to inform you your salon at mahanagar lucknow is not satisfactory. I have appointment with them for my party makeup on my card as per your promotional activities for a membership card of rs.1200. Firstly they refuse to accept that i have an appointment and after i cross checked them they agree but refused to do makeup and i have to face a lot of problem as it was my reception and without any appointment it become very difficult for me to arrange new beautician... I strongly want to shift my services to some other salon of yours... Or i want my money back. I am very disappointed by the behaviour of the staff and especially the owner who has no manner to talk to the customer.

Got gents haircut from the branch opposite southcity mall, kolkata.. You wont find same serviceman everytime. Newone everytime.. Unprofessional. They are not at all interested in haircut rather continuously forcing for spa and hairfall treatment.. There are so many people who have bad hair texture but get a nice haircut but the service provider toton pramanick is really unprpfessional.. A very bad haircut he knew that what he had done to me.. Thats why he went to another client and somehow they used serum to manage the look but after a wash i can seewhat they have done to me.. You guys really ruined the service and the name.. Unprpfessional. Persons there. Want my refund.

I visited jawed habib uniworld city for haircut and trust me got the worse haircut ever. A loss of rs. 300. I wont suggest anyone else to visit there for haircut. I told them that i didnot like it but they did not bother to care about that as the coupon was already redeemed. The way they treat their customer is very bad. I have never had such worse experience.

I and my daughter did hair cut (Step cut), but later i could found that only last layer was trimmed, and the rest they left without doing anything. After the blow dry my hair was looking nice i failed to notice the difference.
The staff who attended me was more interested in marketing the services and products rather than the work. He hardly took 10 mts to finish the work
And i was charged rs.1180/- ; which doesn’t worth

This is to bring to your notice that one deepak, cashier at the gaur city, greater noida west branch of your salon misbehaved and added rs 499 to our bill on haircut, when our one hair cut was free as we had taken discount membership worth rs 1100 in advance. When cashier was told that our hair cut was free, he raised his voice and said this is not my duty and i am a busy man and i don't know whether you have any discount or not. I did not expect such a behavior at one of your salons. Kindly make an urgent refund and reprimand the cashier and inform me the action taken.

This was at Jawed habib "expert" salon in Surat Nanpura branch. I went there for a good and nice haircut and doing eyebrows. The so called beautician ruined my eyebrows. When I told her she was not ready accept the mistake. Then the owner lady came n started arguing and she was followed by her husband who was super rude and showed so much of attitude and on the top of it they started blaming me for my high tone of voice. I was really concerned about my face so I got hyper but they were not accepting it which made me go crazy at them... but this attitude is not accepted by me as a customer. They should apologise which they didn't. I want strict actions to be taken against it as they were not accepting their mistake n were pathetically rude.

I wan to share my feedback with you regarding jawed habib services. I shifted to Noida so i had all my hair related treatment at GIP Mall Noida branch of Jawed Habib. I had my hair smoothing, hair spa and keratin treatment there believe. Yes it was my bad that i visited jawed habib again and again because i was new in city and was not aware of this unprofessional behavior of jawed habib, Let me share my experience with you point wise.
First i had my hair smoothing treatment on feb 2017 there. They charged 7000 for very short and less volume. At first i want to say that they forced me for hair smoothing they were talking to me very nicely. later when the guy started doing smoothing it was like i m having free services from them. He didnt guide me even do or don't for smoothing except he asked me not to wash hair for 2 days and come for hair wash there i went after 2 days and they treated me i am having free services. The lady sits at billing counter her attitude is extremely bad i must say she always try to give fake smile at customers and at their back she give very bad reactions like customers are getting free services. after smoothing my hair loss started.

After few month i went there for hair spa, i gave feedback about my hair loss after smoothing and she was like they dont care they are very much money minded she suggest me to have keratin treatment. But i denied and have normal spa there i told her i have smoothing here show me rate card he showed me i asked her to do for hair loss 1500 chargeable it was, but she changed about 2500 and that spa even was not there in rate card she told me that they gave me mix spa and many rounded discussion she did. and same they did very bad spa never shows what product they are using. Also i asked her to have membership card she said it is chargeable... It was strange moment for me i must say coz i am not new to this earth i know all brands issues their card for free and they add some points in it in each transaction . i got this membership card and believe me it is useless... No discount, no points nothing.

24 June 2017 i went there for hair cut and again i was expecting them that they will treat me well having some conversations they suggested me keratin treatment they said i have hair breakage so i am having hair loss again they charged me 4000+ for keratin treatment. They served me very bad as usual like i m getting free services. they asked me to come after 2 days they will do hair wash and ironing but when i visit i have to wait there about 1 hour and they left me only after hair wash. I asked them about ironing he totally denied . I suggested me only one thing after asking many time that having keratin shampoo and any mask. shampoo alternate days and i asked can i have oiling or tie my hair he said yes... Thats it END OF SERVICE.

Now i have hair loss more than before... Seems nothing left there on my head after that treatment. They are humiliating their customers. I want justice now. I need proper reply and response on this mail else i will reach to next level. Because i am very disappointed now with your services and it is affecting my hair as well.. I paid 11k+ to your for making my hair good but you destroyed it .. Who will help me now??????? i need answer

I got a haircut today that is just below average compared to what javed habibs salon is reputed of and moreover they were not even sorry for their deed.. They took my haircut as an experiment i guess because my split ends are same as before for which they gave the logic that for split end removal my hair would have been cut shorter.. They even didnt set my hair after the haircut and their was no finishing cut as well.. The cut is so absurd that its neither a feather nor a layer cut.. Done by an untrained attendent i guess

I went to one of your branch laxmi nagar 22, ground floor, v3s mall east centre on thursday 23rd marh 2017 for hair smoothening and caratin service
Person name sameer did this treatment on my hair and he did polishing too for my grey hair
I paid total 8, 500 for all the service staff was ok and hair was ok initially too but after few wash i got too much wave, curls n dryness exactly on the center of my scalp hair and i got too much dandruff which i never had before seriously
I am a blind lady so, i cant see how my hair looks like from backside i can only touch and feel the lenth of my hair and can feel the smoothning of those hair only but my family n friends told me that i got too much wave, curls in the center hair and my hair never get straight from inside i am too upset and feeling very much cheated
I paid too much of my hard work money and i cant visit this branch again n again because i need someone to assist me n take me their and i want you people to solve this problem of mineasap
If these people cant give proper service and satisfaction to their customer then why these people are taking money to us and why these people are looting us
I want this treatment and service should repeat again n give me good and satisfactory result

I had visited Javed Habib near hanuman temple dumdum road, kolkata branch for my entire first time! Firstly it was pathetically unmaintained and dirty and the staffs aren't even trained! Specially the lady named Nagma was made to provide services who lacked basic knowledge of the services she was performing! So I made it a point to speak to the owner Chaitali who seemed to be a bigger mannerless lady she immediately disconnected the call while I was e planning the issue to her stating she has 4 more beauty parlours in this city and has no time for these complaints! I'm surprised how can Habib give franchise to such people who lacks basic customer etiquettes! If that's how the owner is No wonder the staffs are untrained and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit there if you are planning to try for good beauty parlours across this area
