I wan to share my feedback with you regarding jawed habib services. I shifted to Noida so i had all my hair related treatment at GIP Mall Noida branch of Jawed Habib. I had my hair smoothing, hair spa and keratin treatment there believe. Yes it was my bad that i visited jawed habib again and again because i was new in city and was not aware of this unprofessional behavior of jawed habib, Let me share my experience with you point wise.
First i had my hair smoothing treatment on feb 2017 there. They charged 7000 for very short and less volume. At first i want to say that they forced me for hair smoothing they were talking to me very nicely. later when the guy started doing smoothing it was like i m having free services from them. He didnt guide me even do or don't for smoothing except he asked me not to wash hair for 2 days and come for hair wash there i went after 2 days and they treated me i am having free services. The lady sits at billing counter her attitude is extremely bad i must say she always try to give fake smile at customers and at their back she give very bad reactions like customers are getting free services. after smoothing my hair loss started.

After few month i went there for hair spa, i gave feedback about my hair loss after smoothing and she was like they dont care they are very much money minded she suggest me to have keratin treatment. But i denied and have normal spa there i told her i have smoothing here show me rate card he showed me i asked her to do for hair loss 1500 chargeable it was, but she changed about 2500 and that spa even was not there in rate card she told me that they gave me mix spa and many rounded discussion she did. and same they did very bad spa never shows what product they are using. Also i asked her to have membership card she said it is chargeable... It was strange moment for me i must say coz i am not new to this earth i know all brands issues their card for free and they add some points in it in each transaction . i got this membership card and believe me it is useless... No discount, no points nothing.

24 June 2017 i went there for hair cut and again i was expecting them that they will treat me well having some conversations they suggested me keratin treatment they said i have hair breakage so i am having hair loss again they charged me 4000+ for keratin treatment. They served me very bad as usual like i m getting free services. they asked me to come after 2 days they will do hair wash and ironing but when i visit i have to wait there about 1 hour and they left me only after hair wash. I asked them about ironing he totally denied . I suggested me only one thing after asking many time that having keratin shampoo and any mask. shampoo alternate days and i asked can i have oiling or tie my hair he said yes... Thats it END OF SERVICE.

Now i have hair loss more than before... Seems nothing left there on my head after that treatment. They are humiliating their customers. I want justice now. I need proper reply and response on this mail else i will reach to next level. Because i am very disappointed now with your services and it is affecting my hair as well.. I paid 11k+ to your for making my hair good but you destroyed it .. Who will help me now??????? i need answer

I got a haircut today that is just below average compared to what javed habibs salon is reputed of and moreover they were not even sorry for their deed.. They took my haircut as an experiment i guess because my split ends are same as before for which they gave the logic that for split end removal my hair would have been cut shorter.. They even didnt set my hair after the haircut and their was no finishing cut as well.. The cut is so absurd that its neither a feather nor a layer cut.. Done by an untrained attendent i guess

I went to one of your branch laxmi nagar 22, ground floor, v3s mall east centre on thursday 23rd marh 2017 for hair smoothening and caratin service
Person name sameer did this treatment on my hair and he did polishing too for my grey hair
I paid total 8, 500 for all the service staff was ok and hair was ok initially too but after few wash i got too much wave, curls n dryness exactly on the center of my scalp hair and i got too much dandruff which i never had before seriously
I am a blind lady so, i cant see how my hair looks like from backside i can only touch and feel the lenth of my hair and can feel the smoothning of those hair only but my family n friends told me that i got too much wave, curls in the center hair and my hair never get straight from inside i am too upset and feeling very much cheated
I paid too much of my hard work money and i cant visit this branch again n again because i need someone to assist me n take me their and i want you people to solve this problem of mineasap
If these people cant give proper service and satisfaction to their customer then why these people are taking money to us and why these people are looting us
I want this treatment and service should repeat again n give me good and satisfactory result

I went to your salon because jawed habib is big n famous brand so, please do not spoil your name n status because of these small small mistakes and due to these unresponsive employers of your franchise

I had visited Javed Habib near hanuman temple dumdum road, kolkata branch for my entire first time! Firstly it was pathetically unmaintained and dirty and the staffs aren't even trained! Specially the lady named Nagma was made to provide services who lacked basic knowledge of the services she was performing! So I made it a point to speak to the owner Chaitali who seemed to be a bigger mannerless lady she immediately disconnected the call while I was e planning the issue to her stating she has 4 more beauty parlours in this city and has no time for these complaints! I'm surprised how can Habib give franchise to such people who lacks basic customer etiquettes! If that's how the owner is No wonder the staffs are untrained and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit there if you are planning to try for good beauty parlours across this area

A new saloon of javed habib is opened in ratlam, although i doubt that it is a genuine franchisee of javed habib. I had a very bad experience i have been charged differently for same services at different times, they could not answer what exactly is the charge for particular facility. Each time u go, u are charged differently. Highly unprofessional people

Please beware of approaching Jawed Habib company for franchise in Tamilnadu.

Its waste of our money. We have spent so much money on opening salons in chennai believing their fake promises and have been suffering a lot without business or promotion activity from them.

So whoever approach for franchise with them for south india, please be aware its waste of money.. dont waste your money in this JH business instead you can try for other salon franchise

I visited jawed habib hair and beauty salon at salt lake city centre, kolkatta on 17th march. I wanted highlights done for my hair. The person who did my highlights was named rahul. He stated the price was rs 3, 500 but i would get a discount and i would only pay rs 3, 000 for global colour and few streaks of highlights. I was happy with the price. I also wanted to do pedicure. Bikash did my pedicure for rs 650. I had a corn on my left toe. The way he scrubbed my toe, he brought blood out of the corn and i was in tremendous pain. But, he did not apologise or put a plaster to stop the bleeding!!! After 30 min rahul stated that the colour has set in and he washed my hair. Blow dry was 5 min.
When i went to pay at the counter, the manager said i have to pay rs 3, 500 for my hair colour and rs 650 for pedicure.
When i explained that rahul said i would get a discount for my hair and would have to pay only rs 3, 000, she said i was wrong and even rahul denied it stating he never said anything to me. As i was in a rush, i paid the whole amount.
I think jawed habib hair salon is unprofessional, overrated, staff are a bunch of liars! The company should hire professional staff including the managers and should follow the company policy.

I want to bring the unprofessional and unsatisfactory services o[censored]r staff at Indore branch ( near chhapan dukaan) to ur notice. I went to the salon with my wife on Sunday, at around 2:30pm. Was there for almost 3 hours and the attitude o[censored]r staff was pathetic. They were much interested in gossiping and grumbling about the lady customers than doin their job. Had they been more trained and dedicated, they would have reached better standards. This was the worst ever experience I had at Jawed Habib in last 4 years. An untidy haircut n coloring by Monu, making the customers wait by Manish, stupid conversations by Yashin and the impolite behavior by ur receptionists Mona and Shrishti. These are a few to b named. Pathetic is the word for ur services and staff. You really need to improve the standards to keep your brand.

I am a resident of faizabad uttar pradesh. This is for your information that there is very poor service at your outlet in faizabad.Also there is lack of expertise for hair cut in employees.
Inspite of above I want to visit your outlet so kindly assure me for proper service and haircut from expert employees...

My name is Phanishank Prajapati I am writing on behalf of my wife ( Rinki ). This is to notify you on a pathetic service rendered by Jawed Habib ( Chennai - Madavakkam branch) on 12 Oct 2016. Please find below the details for raising this complaint.

My wife has gone for smoothing her hair on 12 Oct. Hair dresser's name was Ashraf. My wife had instructed Ashraf not to apply a certain chemical during the smoothing session to which he had assured her that it would be suitable for her hair. The next day my wife released that there was too much of dryness and frizziness, which should not be the case after a smoothing session. My wife called Asraf and was again assured that the smoothness would appear with in a week regular hair wash ( This was really surprising and does not sound realistic). Since we were travelling to our home town Patiala for our baby's first birthday on 19th Oct. And we were expecting the dryness and freezing problem ( which came after smoothing ) to get resolved with a week time. We waited for more than a week and then we realized the condition had become worst. We were so helpless as we did not have time to fix the problem as we were travelling on 19th Oct around 10:30 PM. I can not explain in words how worst the condition was on that day. We really did not have time but still we went there in Medavakkam branch with appointment at 6:30PM with all are packed bags and luggage, which was again a very uncomfortable situation for us as we were suffering for the mistake which we had not done and my wife instructed him not to use some strange chemicals . So we had been told that no mam nothing is required to be done as it will be fixed after some time with regular wash. So it was almost more than 15days since the smoothing services was taken. My wife told him she was well aware of the smoothing services and how it works. Since she was not doing it for the first time. And she is a regular customer of Jawed Habib at Patiala. After tha Ashraf told that the problem would be solved by its own and did not provide any solution on that day.My wife informed him that she would consult the hair dresser of Jawed Habib at Patiala to confirm whether the smoothing services was done properly or not at Chennai( Medavakkam branch ) and also told Ashraf clearly and if there was any loop hole then Asraf would need to refund the full amount in case we need to go for another smoothing session at Patiala. To which Ashraf agreed.

When my wife visit the Jawed Habib outlet at Patiala on 25th Oct 2016 . The hair dresser Nasir, Who is working there for more than ten years and my wife is a regular customer there. When Nasir checked her hair he informed my wife that Ashraf had applied a chemical which was not suitable for her hair type.We called Ashraf from the parlour and Nasir informed him that he was not supposed to use this chemical on every type of hair. Ashraf did not understand the situation and got defensive. He did not agree to his mistake and disconnected the call. Then Nasir informed my wife that she would need to undergo a chemical treatment wash to reduce the dryness and frizziness caused by the chemical used by Ashraf during the smoothing.

We had to pay an addition of Rs 5750 at patiala for the chemical treatment apart from paying Rs 6325 for the smoothing session at Chennai ( medavakkam branch) Both bills attach for your reference .

It is very frustrating to know big brand like Jawed Habib is misleading their customer this way and i would like some action to be taken for Chennai branch as i have paid a total of Rs 12075 ( Rs 5750 Patiala + Rs 6325 Chennai ) and would want a full refund of Rs 6325 which i paid at Jawed Habib ( Chennai - Medavakkam branch).

They use personal (not after make up or so) photo WITHOUT permission or consent. They come for house call with one Comb and One rusty scissors. They ruined my brother's engagement and Marriage make up. Took 20K from us. And now, breach of law too.
This is to report that Jawed Habib, Kottayam, Kerala have used a personal photograph of Teena Leegeo without her permission. According to Indian Penal Code, you are liable under Article 8 (a) (J) against freedom of Speech and Expression of Personal Valuable.
I now wonder i they have secret cameras fitted to take images without permission. I am planning to lodge an FIR. So far, I have managed to post reviews on all of their wesbites so that gullible customers can be wary.
Beware, Jawed Habib Kottayam is not Legit or Professional. They will take your photo (the worst- or "maybe" even photoshopped) without Permission, If you can don't go to Jawed Habib. They don't know how to do their job in addition they give no respect to freedom of Speech.

Very bad make up of my sister on her wedding, and on my conplaint on call to the office to come and fix her but they didnt even bother to come. I even asked them to come to point to fix as the wedding distanation was only 100 meter away from them but they didnt even thing it to be important. Why do they do experiment with new people and do commitment which they cannot do.

I gad gone to Jawed Habib at Barrackpore, Kolkata on 2 Oct 2016 at 1030 Hrs for haircut and specificaly told for a machinecut but i was tokd that not a single machine is charged and i need to wait. I was wIting wearing the apron but surprisingly the guy started haircut with scissor. I thought he will do machine cut after a whike but i found after sometime i wad yokd that the haircut is done. I feel being cheated by thus incident. If you guys can't offer a service then accept in advance but don't cheat fir earning money. I won't come back to jawed habib again and i'll make sure none if my friends and relatives do so.

I visited habib's expresso located at amp baisakhi mall, saltlake on 22nd sept 2016 for a hair cut. I am a regular customer and i know one of their employee named 'shrabanti'. After waiting nearly for 30 mins, shrabanti told me that she cannot cut my hair as smell was coming out and i have to return back and have the hair cleaned with shampoo and then they will cut my hair. As puja is near, i returned back to home and then clean my hair with shampoo and went again to the expresso with delightful mind to have a new hair cut before puja. But my dreams was soon shattered with the rude behaviour of shrabanti as she was not in a mood to cut my hair and with inefficient hand she cut my hair which was not the usual hair cut. Her attitude towards me was also very harsh as if i have done a crime in going back to the salon.
The main reason behind her behaviour was her personal matters and i have to be a sufferer for the same.

Requesting to expresso authority to look into this matter seriously because soon one day will come when there will be no customers in their salon because of their employees like shrabanti.

This was my last visit to habib's expresso and i will also convey the same message to others to avoid this salon in future.

I have visited salon located in hatibagan for hair straightening. During the procedure there was no power and the salon had no petrol to run generator.
They made me wait for 1 hour with half hair ironed. No one was professional, ms bani owner of the shop did not gave any compensation rather told it's a regular scene.
She was highly unprofessional and unethical.
The quality of service is poor, as hair straightening done there was not worth at all

This is to inform that i recently went to jawed habib store at city centre rohin sec 10 delhi. I had a free coupon with me in which i ws suppose to get free hair cut n blow hair. The person who did my cutting was very rude . He did it like tht he is doing any kind of donation to me . He neither cut my hairs properly when i said him to do it my way then he was like that we cant do more the this and walked away . This kind of atitude from the staff if the company like jawed habib is not at all acceptable . Company must appoint prper staff .

This salon is pathetic in terms of services. I took threading services from the above however the attendee spoiled my eyebrows. Firstly she spoiled it and secondly it seemed as if she was not a trained professional because it was me who was instructing her (Soma) continuously as to how to go about it. She was least bothered about how to complete her task properly.

When she spoiled my eyebrows i complained to the lady sitting at the counter and asked her to provide me with an experienced professional, however ahe was quite and did not even utter a word. It seemed she was least bothered about my loss and did not even feel necessary to pay any heed to my words. For that matter all the staffs out there were busy chit chatting and nobody bothered to attend to my complain. Finally since i was inbetween so i had to go through the entire service (Continuously instructing her how to do). Not sure why these salons charge so much of money out of nothing while providing such a pathetic service. Everybody was busy giggling there on my situation.

At last when my service was done (Highly dissatisfied with the service), i was shocked that the lady charged me for the services. I did pay for the service.

For the very first time i visited javed habib salin and this is what i experienced. People open salons with such brand names but cannot keep up to the quality of service, then they charge high (Customers pating huge taxes as well), no responsible professional and no one to listen to the customer. I feel cheated. Worst ever salon experience.

Please close your outlet if you cannot keep up to the quality.

I went to City pride kothrud Jawed habib for haircut only, after entering the receptionist took name In register and after that she started why people only do hair cut they need to get blow dry, hair wash bla bla bla...we ignore totally, then one guy who come to hair cut, he started your hair is bit messy, I cannot do haircut, just resolve your messiness of hair, he didn't even touch hair also not putting a single drop of serum, still I managed somehow to clear messiness of ma hair, after I demanded him for different hair cut. he strictly refused it. he told us only layer or step cut will be done in 149* rs.. so called. and if you want to do different style then you have to do 650*rs. some advance haircut. what the pathetic, cheap and fishy it is.. I came out in anger, because its the worst thing. and before that I have done haircut from different branch several times, but for this branch needs to closed immediately.totally fraud

The owner at Mukherjee Nagar, Habibs Expreso, charged us more than the usual amount for the haircut and argued about the price change though their board reads 149/- per hair cut. they are misleading and fooling people in the name of styling and prices.

Dear Sir, My name is PUSHPA BAMANIA My mobile no. is - [protected] I visited Jawed Habib saloon(JAWED HABIB Branch :- IIT TECH MARKET, KHARAGPUR (WEST BENGAL)Phone[protected] / [protected]) in[protected], and got my hair straightened permanently. I was told by the staff of the saloon, that this would last for 1 year, and I was applied all the costly products that he suggested me for post straightening hair care.. TO my PANIC, my hair got to its normal curls on the next very day. I reached out to Habib once again, and he did the straightening again, but with the same results. The hair got to its normal curls the very next day. On reaching out to them, they told me that since the hair would get damaged, I would need to wait for few months, and that they would get the company expert to do the straightening then.but same result with company expert service also. expert told the staff to do some kind of hair treatment free of cost but they didn't did it. I patiently waited for 2 months, even after spending 6742/-INR.Since then I have been contacting them frantically, with NO RESPONSE. I have lost my 6742/- with such a POOR service.
