I have used services of Jawed Habib Salon while in Pune and was very happy with them. I am now based in Guwahati. I thought to avail a Snapdeal offer for Jawed Habib in Guwahati. However i must i have been terribly disappointed and insulted by the owner of the franchisee. I had taken an appointment for all the services in the offer for 11 o clock. I traveled 18-20 Kms from Amingao to Fancy Bazar to avail them. When i reach there i am told the beautician is not present and i can only get the hair services done as only the hairdresser is present. After this the next day when i try to set up another appointment and complain to the owner she in turn insults me only by saying that "If her beautician is ill she cannot help it and i should have got the facial done by the male hair dresser himself. She also tells me that this option was offered to me when it was in fact not. Moreover i would like to know in which parlour do they offer females to take facials from male beautician.

And on top of that instead of apologizing she yells at me in very loud voice saying that so what if i am the customer i should understand. To finish of she says that she will SMS me tomorrow what time "they can see me/give me an appointment."

I would also like to add that while i was there a couple of customers came in and they were also complaining and whenever they come beautician is not present. Before i could communicate this to the owner she hung up on me.

During may 2011, I watched a T.V show on Total hair therapy costing Rs. 2490 + Rs. 100 as courier charges hosted by Saumya alongwith Javed Habib. They offered free refill facility to first 100 people of total hair therapy for a year after every three months maximum of 4 times only for a year. They never disclosed on the TV show or on the Box containing hair therapy articles viz. Oil, Spa, Shampoo, Conditioner & Serum, which i purchased from them that free refill pack will only consist of only Shampoo & Conditioner. On the completion of first 3 months when I requisitioned my entitlement of first free refill facility of total hair therapy after depositing Rs. 298/- in the Axis Bank as desired, I was shocked to find the parcel containing only Shampoo & Conditioner. When I talked to their people on customer care, they said only these two things will be delivered free for a year. I told them most material things missing are Oil, Spa & serum & without these the purpose of total hair therapy is defeated and from where I can get these from. They replied for these, you will have to place an fresh order for total hair therapy costing Rs. 3990/-. Sir, when I told them what is the benefit of giving me your only free shampoo & conditioner because on placing fresh order of total hair therapy, these things will be doubled and on the other you say that your products are expired after 3 months . Sir, I felt cheated & frustrated. They have no answer and tossing my phone call to their one executive or the other and finanlly they have disconnected my phone call unilaterally. I think they are not transparent and of international standard as they claim.

haircut* ,featured in the "Telegraph's T2 "at your franchise outlet *"Habib
expresso" at 14 Watkins Lane ,Howrah, Kolkata.*

Your staff treated me very badly ,*passing ill remarks* about the discount
coupon availers, and not even providing proper haircut , they paid no heed
to my haircut request ,as if the haircut had been a mercy on me. Even a
local hair salon provides a better service than your people provided , It
would have been better if your company had not given any advertisement ,just
for the sake of ill treating and disrespecting the customer, I am not at the
mercy of your Rs.99 coupon.

Sir I am very sorry to say ,but your promotional offer will bring bad repute
instead of doing any good to your brand name.This kind of service is not
expected from Javed Habib.



this was the email sent by me to jawed habib ,they promised me to tackle the complaint at earliest, but a month has passed and the company people are in no mood to answer for such treatment

I am being using the product from last 6 months as commited usage of three month. Team replied me to use for three more months that comes to an end of six month. As i had Belief Mr. Habib's Product i continued the same. And still my believe was... But few days back when i mailed them asking for what next ? I didn't find any reply from there end. An after mailing them today, Mr.Mike concern person who always lies replied me that due to heavy traffic call we are not able to reach. What does it means? They are only interested in new customer and once they get old they will treat same like me. This is really not acceptable at all? For getting the free refill for which i am eligible i fought and got it after 45 days of continues begging.. Strict action is require.

i purchased jawed habib total hair therapy by calling HSD within the time advertisement was running on tv which promised quarterly supply of free shampoo & conditioner for one year. i got registered for free supply immediately after receiving the pack but even after >4 months of subscription have not received any supply.

I have bought Javed Habib's hair solution package on 15th January,2011 by sending sms on viewing their promotional offers on Television under which they have given a commitment of money back if any sort of dissatifaction or complaints as well as full one year shampoo free and paid them Rs.2,490/- But after a week I found that there was some side effects on using it which cause a lot of hair falling. I have called them on their toll free numbers but I was not replied properly and keeps me on roaming from one guy to other and disconnect the phone. More than dozen times I called them but they neglect my complaint and said we can not do anything but selling packages and they can place new order but nothing can do for Money Back.Lastly they told me to do whatever you want in some cheap language( Jo Karna hai karo..... Hamara kuch nahi ukhad sakte....). They are not even giving me my free shampoos. But on compaining at their registered address I was getting few calls for apology and I was assured to receive my free one year shampoo. But still I haven't receive any reply nor any delivery. On calling their Toll free numbers I found that they have disconnect their connections.

Please do the indeed for such a fraud company and prevent misguidance to people.
I want justice in such a manner so that no one will be traped in such false offers.

Hi Team,

I the consumer of the Jawed Habeeb Hair Theraphy Product, Started using the product from the month of November, as the assurance was that my hair loss will be stop after using the products for three months which ended in January 2011 but i didn't find any results for the same. Hence i spoke with the senior executive on phone and also wrote several mail to Mr. Mike who committed me that they will personal do the needful in my case as i didn't got result out of the product as they told me that there will be scalp analysis test which will be done in few days and after calling the customer care Mr. Mike had already left the job who committed the test will be done on behalf of Mr. Habeeb.
And with the committed to the test, Mr. Mike mailed me free coupons of Hair Shampoo and Hair Conditioner which was offered at buying of the product for one year. After feeling the coupon and sending the draft of Rs. 149 which was shippment charges. I till now have not recieved the product as the payment was already done on 3rd March 2011 .
Everytime when i called the customer care one or the other reason being given by Mr. Mayank Sharma who is the senior over there. But from last one week he is being rude with me. And disconnecting the call. Each and Every Customer Care are fraud and cheat. Who are not supposed to be said as customer care. Not all responsive just lieing on the phone. This is what i am getting from Mr. Habeeb Customer Care. As the product is still pending to reach my place.
Please help me to get the product as i have already paid for the same. At the same time please take action against the same for ghopping the customer here and there. If you require any information from my end please feel free to ask or contact.

I visited Jawed Habib saloon in March 2010, and got my hair straightened permanently. I was told by the owner of the saloon,MR RAVI, that this would last for 1 year, and I abdied by all the costly products that he suggested me for post straightening hair care.. TO my PANIC, my hair got to its normal curls on the next very day. I reached out to Habib once again, and he did the straightening again, but with the same results....

This complaint is regarding the Offer cards/ disocunt cards given by Javeb Habib salon in panipat. they have offered a discount card (card number is 651 on name of Ms. Pooja Jain) to me few months back. is was not mentioned in the card when it would expired. 15 days back when my relative used that card, the salon representative said that the card would be valid till march end 2011 and on 23rd Feb, when i visted the salon to avail the offer, they said the card has already expired and there were so many offers that were left to avail by me. They behaved very rudely, tore the card and throw in the dust bin.

at the time of giving offers, they said the salon will be open 9am to 9 pm which was alos written in the card and at the time of avail the offer, they kept saying that they could not do give any appointment as the salon is booked for a week, kept saying this from last 2 months.

So, kindly help me out as it is my right to get the offer back.

Javed habib hair product is a waste of money it ivery dangerous for hairs
hairs start falling and a lot of scalp products also develop.javed habib should be punished and legal action should be taken,all his products should be banned and he shouls be thrown out of this country

I have bought Javed Habib's Total Hair Therapy product for Rs.2,490/- under the condition of money back offer vide bill no#020583 Dtd."15=01=2011. We were told to use the product for seven days to get it best performance and if it's not suitable than money will be pay back on complaining. But we found that there is no improvements at all in hair but it also worsen the health of hair and falling in lots which was not occur prior to use of the said hair therapy product. I constantly calling their Toll Free Numbers that are[protected] as well as[protected], but instead of listening my complaint they simply cut my phone and openly said that you can proceed with any legal complaint as that all are rubbish. I want to proceed with my complaint to consumer forum for the indian marketing and product for providing such a false promises as well as selling such a dummy products.

Please give proper response to my said compaint as soon as possible.

i had gone to jawed habib hair and beauty salon, kamla nagar, new delhi to get my hair colored. They assured me that the color will come perfectly even when i had told them about the problem which had come the last time during my hair color. but when they washed my hair after completing their procedure it was horrible. instead of one color there were six to seven color on my hair. i was totally taken aback. after that they applied something on my hair to remove the color saying that its not a chemical. now when the hair color doesnt come of[censored]sing any shampoo and it came off from that thing so i believe it would have been a chemical which they applied. also they couldnt bring my original color back. its some shade of brown now when initially my hair were jet black. apart from this the hair dresser who was attending me could be found nowhere after he spoiled everything. according to the manager he was seriously ill. so shouldnt this be expected from him that atleast he should have informed his client that he is leaving and especially when he has spoiled a lot of things.
i go to the professional centers just because i think they ll guide me correctly and i am ready to pay this much only because i dont want to get my hair spoiled.
when i came back i saw that they have also spoiled my woodland sweater which i was wearing then. the red color which was suppose to be on my hair is on my sweater.

I bought a Jawed habib's total hair therapy product through their Television advertisement.
In that advertisement they were repeating again and again that there is a money back within 15 days of product purchase.

While buying the product I called them and cleared if there are any conditions involved with money back scheme. To that they replied in negative.

Within 10 days o[censored]sage I start developing some problem in my scalp and consulted a dermatologist.She suggested me to stop using the product.As it was just 12th day of my usage, I called customer care of Javed habib to return that product. Now this is the one of the most horrifying experience of my life. They kept on tossing my calls from one executive to another.Sometimes they don't pick the call. Every time I need to narrate the same story to every executive I talked. At last one executive got ready to return my product but gave me no information on how I can have my money back. I have to again start this phone call series to get the required info.Sometimes they gave me info for Mumbai but I am based at Pune. Finally when I get back the details and called up the responsible person, he straightforward told methat company said no to return the product. Though I have started returning the product on 12th day of my usage,It's one week over now.

I am so helpless, frustrated now.Wasted my money in calls, time and energy.

It's my earnest request to all consumers, please don't go for this product. It's crap.They all are making false claims.

On 26 Sep 2010, at 16:30 Pm, I, Mrs Pampa Chattopadhyay along with my husband Mr Argha Chattopadhyay went to‘Jawed Habib, Hair and Beauty Spa Salon’ at Ho-Chi Minh Sarani, Kolkata-71(Tele no –[protected]/6317) for my hair dressing. I went to avail the service against a gift voucher which we received from ‘The Telegraph’ news paper ‘The Solitaire Platinum’ membership (Member ship card no –[protected]Card scan copy as attached). The gift voucher was of value Rs. 500/-.

While seating on the hair dressing chair before starting the hair dressing service I asked to the concerned staff of the salon Ms Gitaregarding the charge of service and I told her that I would not spend more than Rs. 500/- (as I had the gift voucher of Rs 500/-). She confirmed me repeatedly that the service will be provided within Rs 500/- only. However, after the finishing the service when I went to billing counter a bill of Rs. 5000/- with Rs 500/- discount was handed over to me. I denied to pay the same by saying that initially I was informed that the service charge would be Rs.500/-. But the many staffs of the salon accumulated together and started abusing me and my husband in slang language. Finley by threatening us in horrible manner they compelled my husband to pay the bill (Bill no - 2654 dtd 26/9/10).

In view of the above I am requesting you that a strict action should be taken against the authorities of ‘Jawed Habib’ salon for cheating a customer specially a woman customer in the above-mentioned manner. My husband is an Ex-Indian Air Force officer and presently a Service Manager of a well-reputed company. We went through many places of our country but never faced like this situation. I never expected like this treatment in my hometown. This salon is a shame for Kolkata.

Further, I like to request ‘The Telegraph’ authority not to give a gift voucher of such a salon/service where people will be cheated in the manner by which I was cheated.

An Executive of Javed Habib Comes to sell yearly membership card to our home.Where he tells the benifits of the card & tell us that it will be activate with in a week. when we reched to the saloon the propritor of the saloon refuse to provide most of the services & misbehave with the card holder.

I had done rebonding of my hair on 28th October 2009 spending Rs 6000 in Habibs,Ho chi Min Sarani.Habibs did the straightening process in 2 hours whereas it takes minimum 4 hrs and they guarantee that hair will be straight for nest 1 year.I had done straightening before 3 times thus know my hair very well.Just within ine week my hair started curling.I spoke to Habibs Mumbai office,they gave me contact number of their Eastern Regional head.She adviced me to speak to the owner of the branch and accordingly I spoke to them,He asked me to come down to the salon and show my hair. When I visited the salon they just laughed with each other,washed my hair and blow dried it.As a natural thing hair dorsnt look so curly when u wash your hair n dry it.Thus they keep on forcing me by telling your hair is lik this only n bla bla bla.Just after two days,curls are visible again.Now the regional head is not answering the call as well.What a shame !! Such a big salon name n not interested to get a customer satisfied.
