I am the owner of Ikonic salon located at khelgaon chowk, Ranchi. My competitor business Javed habib salon located in same address beside me. They convince their customer, family or friends to make false review on my profile on Google to harm my business profile. What the cheap mentality is this. Kindly look into it...

I bought hair care products yesterday and when I came to home i saw it already in used and one thing that I took hair treatment here and they said to me they will do scalp balancing and keratin treatment but they did only keratin and charge 9000 for it and i submitted the fee but stiil i want to know why they charged 9 thousand for it because which process they used for my treatment it is only for used in keratin...

My wife has done here smoothening from Jawed Habib but smoothing was not good and hair damaged. Then we have approached shop, but we are not satisfied with answers given by them .
Totally unprofessional service....

I visited Jawed Habib Begur Koppa road branch for route touch up. I had the worst experience ever. The guy suggested me to go for global hair colour dark brown as root touch up will not cover full white hair and my hair was straight and slight red effect. post colour application my hair became full rough and he applied black colour rather then dark brown.
