This is to inform you that a rude employee who claims to a manager and also a barbar misbehaved very rudely and denied services her name was Mumpi Sarkar and also there was another lady Arati Haldar was also making fun o[censored]s. She refused to apologise and insisted that whatever she has done is the right thing. I approached Habob since it's a brand name, I was wrong, this is the way you insult your customer.They could have politely said there's lack of staff madam plz wait for few minutes. Plz take action against Mampi Sarkar oresle we will take legal action. I have personally written a complaint letter and submitted to your Newtown branch . ( uniworld city Newtown, action area 3, Jawed Habib branch)

I did smoothning on Saturday 24th September in Jawed Habib Pimplesaudagar near SaiDream society Pune
After doing I was not satisfied by the look I got after finishing it was completely incomplete procedure and when I went back in the evening they said are kuch nahi hota ironing Karenge ho jayenga . That was rubbish answer I received
I was supposed to wash hair on Tuesday which I did in Osmanabad Jawed Habib
They found my hairs are totally damaged and they spoke to the concern person who did this procedure to know what exactly he did . In answer I got kuch nahi 15 days me thik ho jayenga.
Hair has become frizzy, dull n poor texture
Which we don’t expect in smoothning
My humble request to the company please keep trained hair dresser and stop spoiling the client hair

I got severe wax burns and peeling while my upper lip wax. They spoilt my face, and the pain was unbearable.
The WORST experience I ever had!
Total Unprofessional handling. Didn't even apologize instead asked that this never happened right.

This was second bad experience, before this I got a blow dry from here which didn't even last for half an hour. Spoilt my whole party look.

How can one be so unprofessional with face waxing which is so sensitive and crucial for any lady. If these burns leave marks on my face post healing would they take charge for it!! Disgusting.

Last week I went to Jaweb Habib for waxing and i also took underarms waxing. But that wax gave me an different reaction and now i have brown marks in my underarms. I never expected this kind of service from such a big brand saloon. Now went back to ask why it happened, they said to get detan and pay half the amount. First you cause problem to the customer then charge again?

I went for Hair smoothening treatment on 2nd September 2022, at Jawed Habib Hair Studio, (Renovate Hair & Beauty salon AR) this Center because of Jawed Habib reputation. I am planning to go abroad so thought of taking one smoothing treatment for my hairs before i leave.

The person Alam took 5500 Rs for smoothening but after washing my hair i could see lots of waves and tangles in my hair. When i complained them and asked for refund of my money. They fooled me and after drying hairs i still see my hairs tangled. They cheated me.
The lady at salon harshly replied me i will not refund any money.

After a long discussion still i have got only 1500 Rs. Even they accepted that it was the person who did my smoothening had done mistake but they will not return money.

I have spent my 6-7 hours, they even dont have a good brush to comb, there were several broken teeth in comb and was full of dirt and hair, I was feeling vomiting with the smelll of towel which they use, even their straightner machine is about to die. I still thought may be if they do my work properly i wont mind these disgusting things which they are using on my hairs.

But the result was too highly disappointing that left me in tears.

If this is the quality of Jawed Habib Salon then i would say people should think before they head to Jawed Habib. It can be disasterous just as mine.

I want complete refund of my money at earliest possible.

My friend went at habeeb's salon for a haircut but one of the employee tried to touch her inappropriately.

I would like to report multiple issues with regards to the professionalism of your Thiruvananthapuram branch in the manner they handled our scheduled appointments.

My wife and I travelled to Thiruvananthapuram from abroad for a vacation. I booked a haircut a day prior by phoning the branch for my wife and I. On the day of the appointment 18/2/22 at 1630 we were informed by Shaji that the person who took our bookings the day before messed up and that Sharma who would be my wife’s stylist would only be free after 2 hours and that I had to wait 30 minutes for a stylist to be available for my haircut. I got my haircut after waiting 30 odd minutes and my wife’s haircut with Sharma re-booked for 19/8/22 at 1130am. We were assured by Saji that we would receive a call prior to the appointment confirming Sharma’s availability (which we did not). I called your salon at 1100am on the appointment date to inquire if Sharma is available for the 1130am appointment. I was assured by the lady who answered the phone that she can see my wife’s booking and that we can reach the salon according. We reached your salon before 1130am and were told to wait for a few minutes, the few minutes turned into 30 minutes and then the lady at the reception walked out of the salon saying Sharma would be there in 5 minutes after which another lady stylist in the salon informed me that Sharma is in a meeting and when I further probed her to inquire by when he would be at the salon she was clueless and made excuses when she was unable to give me a clear answer. As paying customers a certain amount of professionalism is expected from a reputed Indian brand such as yours. It was my wife’s birthday and she was having such a bad start to her day. I was shocked at the casual and callous behaviour of your staff. I do not understand what kind of a “meeting” a stylist would have to attend by reneging on existing appointments to paying customers and without your outlet having the courtesy or professionalism to be honest to a customer if you are unable to fulfill your commitment and make a courtesy phone call. Your Thiruvananthapuram team gives us the impression that the customers time or money are of no value to them and we solely exist to prop up their whims and fancies. This was our first experience with Jawed Habib and I am aghast at the experience that has been dished out to us. FYI I got an appointment booked at the Taj Kovalam spa for my wife’s haircut and received the service as should be.

I always wanted my hair highlighted, so I went to jawed habib the hair stylist gas suggested me one color and shown me a pic which I liked the color was deep brown but after hair wash i got it as golden and brown mixed which I really dinr like and very dissapointed.i want it to be redone .they charged me 4500 and i don't feel it is worth it and i want solution i cannot see my hair this way.please suggest

This is to bring to your notice that I visited Habib salon in wagholi, Bakori Road, Pune
[protected], https://maps.app.goo.gl/DMNuHZTaVHW6KsZJ8) for global hair colour and clearly they have overcharged me at ₹4500 only for global colour which usually costs approx ₹2500 (shoulder length) in a good salon for the same products brand that he used. I still went for it considering it's a name brand. I even heard them discussing within themselves that they are charging ₹2000 extra. I feel like cheated at the end.

Now about colour, I asked for brown shade but they applied black by saying you will see the brown colour after two washes. Earlier also I've coloured my hair but it never happened that dark colour will turn light.

Anyway overall it was my worst experience ever at a salon and I'll never visit this Habib wagholi salon.

Request you to improve your quality and services of your salons so that customers can trust you. Otherwise market is full of other options.

Wrong waxing done

I went for hair spa and the employee said hair spa cream is over. It will come in 2-3 days. Then, the manager came with keratine treatment cream and said that this is spa cream. I had eye burn and head burn which made me realise that they had fooled me. The person also did only 10 mins massage instead of 20 mins

I went for Keratin Treatment at Jawed Habib Bangalore Nallurhali branch and had a horrible experience in terms of service, outcome and solution, all three. In just one week after my keratin treatment I could see my hair becoming wavy just as it was before. There is absolutely no difference between how my hair used to be and how it is after keratin treatment.

I was assured that floraactive product will give "100%" straight look - while I understand that it might have been a stretch, i still did not expect this look - my hair looks exactly like how it used to earlier - if anything, worse - after SUCH an expensive and extravagantly high price of service. It just looks like I got some hair spa done. Even when they did keratin treatment, the hair strands were not straight and I asked them to correct it. Only some strands were taken and heated over and over again (without the product also they heated my hair which is extremely not good - the stylist said we should do it so that whatever product is there will get absorbed. I don't understand how washed off product will get absorbed).

I read some previous reviews about keratin and looks like more people were Dissatisfied with first sitting. Either they do not apply the product properly or the ironing is not done with minute strands. The stylist was multi-tasking and handling other clients as well while doing my hair treatment which clearly goes to show unprofessionalism.

My only question to this salon is, if you think this is how hair should look after keratin and only frizz free is what you can offer, then please advertise this on all your social media handles and say proudly that this is the outcome of keratin treatment at your branch. Either I want a fix to this absolutely shabby task that's done with proper product application and careful ironing or I want my refund. Not only this, we had taken it as a package deal - me and my mom. They took higher proportion of payment from me and later "denied" service to my mother. Even when you book appointment and go, it's of no use.

I took keratin treatment at Javed Habib salon Vikas Nagar Lucknow. Trust me they are worst in this. I'm facing severe hair fall after keratin when i said this they said your hair are bad . After first touchup color there was no colour on grey hair so they offered 2nd touchup for free but they charged 300 for wash stating power consumption of hair dryer and product consumption. Before touchup they didn't told about wash charge, after whole process they charged 300 for wash. From 2nd day my hair started bending . We were said that "apke bal salbhar seedhe rhenge aur uljhenge nh, break nh honge" from very 2nd day i am facing hair fall . Please don't take there Keratin treatment, beleave me don't go here for this. They will find fault in your hair and offer spaa when you will complaint against hair fall after keratin. I have worst experience of keratin. I have lost 50% of my hair in 30 days .

I booked online appointment in Javed Habib for hair spa from their own side.And in online appointment charges was 800 but after spa they asked me for 1500 saying that it is not our website and it seems that it is not updated website.

I came for clean up today to Javed Habib bhagalpur today on 16th June 2022. Lady named Sangita attended me, she applied detan pack unevenly, after applying she completely forgot me. I had knock the door and call her. Very unprofessional beautician

I recently had a hair cut and shaving in kondapur, botanical garden road, jawed habib . After shaving there is a scratch/ cut on face. They charged 450 for men haircut and 150 for shaving . Very poor service. Even normal shops will do shaving properly without any damage to skin for 50 rupees only.

They did not gave me the right haircut and totally ruined my hair. They cut short all my hair and still does not provide me with the right look.

The staff kept on telling on flaws of my hair. His job is to cut the hair and not anything else. It's disrespectful to keep on telling the flaws in your customer's hair. I felt like i wasted my time money and peace of mind. I doubt if i ever go to this salon again. Cheap people.
