I asked for a global colour and I have less the waist length hair yet I was charged 6000 for the same. And I asked for a burgundy look, but I was told i should go for brown because it covers white hairs. But your catelogue says th3 coloura all cover the Grey's. Whom should I believe?

Hi, I had visited Javeb Habib and hair studio Bopal branch ahmedabad where I paid them twice and they said they will reimburse with service either will pay back. What should I do? Please help.

I got a haircut and showed the barber 2 photos of hairstyle I wanted, but, he cut it really badly and made it too short, not at all like the hairstyle in the actual picture. Will never get a cut in Jawed Habib's saloon, very bad experience. I am attaching 4 pics, two of mine before and after I got the haircut and two of Aamir Khan, to refer for the hairstyle I wanted. I request you to not take any action against the barber, Jawed Habib is a big brand so, provide a service so I want to come to saloon again. Really disappointed. 😒🙄

I had got kera smoothening done in the month feb. The result was shocking. My hair in front was completely damaged and when I asked them, the hairdresser said you would have slept in the wrong position or you would have applied water. But when i had shown my hair to the owner, he asked me to come after 2 weeks and they will redo the procedure . When i went again, instead of redoing the procedure they did something else and hair dresser was also trying to charge extra for some power dose. After this treatment, the quality of my hair has been completely deteriorated as they have burnt my hair. I called the owner and he asked me to visit again. I visited again and they had done some different procedure but there is no improvement in the quality of the hair, it is still burnt. Now they have asked me to come again in the next week. I have already visited there 6 times. I am not able go out as the hair is in such a bad state. Salon address : pacific mall kaushambi. Owner is cooperating but the state of my hair is not improving despite of several visits. Either they use fake products or they are untrained.

They have switched off the AC during the service. After service I came to know that they have charged high price for hair straightening.

An employee (name-mh. Aarif) cut hair very irresponsibly like; I ask him for trimming but he cut randomly, cut a large bunch of hair from route behind ear, and no proper trimming of hair, even did not clean my hair properly.only in 3-4 minutes his work has done.I have no dandruff problem but he asked me for hair spa for my dandruff, when I told him about my dissatisfaction, he told me to grow hair more.when I asked him about head of saloon; he said with ego, " all members are head here, aap apni problem batao".

Thane Highstreet branch has used harshly the zero machine on my daughters neck ( 7 years old) creating rashes all over her neck. When ask the staff said this happens normally during kinds hair cutting. The rashes are so severe we had to cosult doctor immediately

Went to jawed Habib central mall indore, in the month of September, for hair cut, they told that your hair is too rough, you should take a treatment, and did kerasmooth,

yesterday, Because of so much of hairfall, I went to another branch at om gurdev complex near apolo hospital, and said them all the things,

They wash the hair, check the hair and said that"before here, from where you took kerasmooth"

I told them that central mall branch, they have shown me that they have burnt the hair,
On a top of this, they also show the part of hair they cut because of wrong treatment,

They over process the hair because of this so much of hair fall,
Also,
Chemical which is used for treatment should be removed on time but they didn't remove on time,

I want my money back also want a strict action, , and they has to pay what they did with me.

When a customer goes to outlet they just go because of brand name Habib, but they all are unskilled person took the franchise,

Want strict action, sending the pic of burn hair and other details on official mail ID
If do not get response here will file a case.

The service was not good which should be lasting for 6 months to 1 year.. posting the service image in ad which is fake pretending that it looks like that in finishing.. but for me it was like normal after service was done ..was not smooth and silk.. my hair was looked like hair spa serive did.. i wasted 3k on this.. the service includes hair washing after 3 days.. but she denied to come on that day of 3 day.. the forcefully asked full payment after applying creams on 1st day.. she rudely spoke with me and told to wash my hair by myself

Got the worst service and experience. The owner misbehaved with us.They refused to wash with warm water
The service was for a 65 year old lady.We had a gift coupon they redeemed it and refused service.

They are misusing the Brand name.

It’s been 8 month when I step towards hair wig. On 26th of feb I went to Javed Habib salon in Ranchi, Jharkhand, for changing one of my wig clip. For that clip they charged me 350 rupees. And at last they took 250. Is this fair charge?? The cost of clip in market is 130 rupees in which there is 12 pieces of clip is there. So please reply to me asap. Thanking you.

Whenever they take appointment, they do not have staff and they are called on time and made to wait a lot, the work is also not satisfactory, they refuse on the day the service is to be taken. Speaks for another day. Does everyone have time according to them? Why did they have made the card of 999 when they did not want to do service?

Me and my wife came to Pimple Saudagar Hair and Beauty Salon for Keratin hair treatment. One of the worker was keep on stalking and when I complaint they were arguing with me and words were ethics and respect less. This kind of behavior is not expected from nationalized and reputated salon.

Kindly try to make workplace better to come not to feel uncomfortable.

I went to Jawed Habib, Karol Bagh. I'm usually a customer of Jawed Habib @Kamla Nagar but they told the staff member for short haircut was not there so as I was on the middle of my way to Kamla Nagar, I had to urgently go to Jawed Habib, Karol Bagh as I trusted Jawed Habib franchise.
There I had to wait for 30mints and after that, I have already explained them and showed them the needed picture that I wanted a one-sided bobcut.
And this is what they did to my hair.
Is this from any angle a bob cut?
There is no slope i can see.

They have completely ruined my hair.
I'm never gonna recommend Jawed Habib to anyone anymore.

I want refund as I've paided Rs. 350 for this ### haircut.

I am Abhilasha Bathe. I did advance keratine treatment from Jawed Habib vision one mall, wakad, pune.
The salon owner convience me to buy de fabulous shampoo, conditioner and I think the products he sold me are not genuine products.

I never washed hair at home after this treatment but in the same salon once every week.

Yet facing heavy hairfall and dandruff issue

The shop owner isn't responcing in right way and not talking in right way.

I went for the hair straightening services in boring road patna jawed habib saloon . But received bad performance by hair stylish " rajiv". I still have curls in my hairs. My hair has been damaged due to such service.

I on 27th december went to javed habibs, Midnapore west bengal branch for hair smoothening. They took 7000 rs. After 2 days when I washed off finally, my hair got damaged and not at all smoothened . Rather ends got tangled . I heard them saying they are low on creams etc. So is 7000 a joke?????? Or my 5 hrs of time a joke for them? Very bad experince.

Sir, I have done may hair color as burgundy.It was good initially but after 1 month color has gone and now it looks like my natural hair colour.The person who did color was Ankush (Ph.[protected] Yavatmal city) told it is like this only and burgandy color always fade. If colour has to fade this much why Rs 3000/- was charges from me in name of permanent hair colour. I want my amount back....

I had an haircut on Jan 2, 2022 at Jawed Habib kakinada saloon .I am utterly disappointed with the service. I hav grown hair for 3 months to hav best haircut but I got the worst haircut at ur saloon .utterly disappointed .staff rude behaviour .hair cut was done in hurry within 10 min .my hard earned 400 rupees wasted and my hair ruined ... regretting now visiting your store ..i[censored] hav concern about ur customers please solve their issues if not I will never visit ur store and never suggest to anyone ..
