Hello team,
I am Abhilasha Bathe. I did advance keratine treatment from Jawed Habib vision one mall, wakad, pune.
The salon owner convience me to buy de fabulous shampoo, conditioner and I think the products he sold me are not genuine products.

I never washed hair at home after this treatment but in the same salon once every week.

Yet facing heavy hairfall and dandruff issue

The shop owner isn't responcing in right way and not talking in right way.

I went for the hair straightening services in boring road patna jawed habib saloon . But received bad performance by hair stylish " rajiv". I still have curls in my hairs. My hair has been damaged due to such service.

I on 27th december went to javed habibs, Midnapore west bengal branch for hair smoothening. They took 7000 rs. After 2 days when I washed off finally, my hair got damaged and not at all smoothened . Rather ends got tangled . I heard them saying they are low on creams etc. So is 7000 a joke?????? Or my 5 hrs of time a joke for them? Very bad experince.

I had an haircut on Jan 2, 2022 at Jawed Habib kakinada saloon .I am utterly disappointed with the service. I hav grown hair for 3 months to hav best haircut but I got the worst haircut at ur saloon .utterly disappointed .staff rude behaviour .hair cut was done in hurry within 10 min .my hard earned 400 rupees wasted and my hair ruined ... regretting now visiting your store ..i[censored] hav concern about ur customers please solve their issues if not I will never visit ur store and never suggest to anyone ..

Hello i went for an haircut at jawedhabib and they washed and dried my hair and then said that expert is not available and charged me with 400 just for wash. Staff was extremely rude and said to do hair cut if wanted or else to pay the cash. The staff name is sravanti

Today I have visited one of the Habib hair style store near my home. Hairstylist Ms. Shruti Jha and her assistant a boy was cutting my hair.. she didn't have any expert of cutting hair. I didn't know that Habib keeps anyone as their stylist. I have repeatedly informed that the length shouldn't be short but still they didn't even care and cut them very small. And at the end what they said was just a sorry.. I never thought that Habib's never CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. This is a very serious issue and I will be writing about this problem on other social media platforms also. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I went for beard shaping before some special occasion, the person who was doing it removed my upper lip while doing styling without asking me anything.
And used excess hair thinning scissors, after head bad hair is looking very thin
Worst service ever, will not visit ua branch again.

Boiling water spill on my face while steaming during facial

I have taken a Face Clean up service in Jawed Habib (Lawsons bay colony, Visakhapatnam branch).

While steaming, the sizzling hot water splashed on my face (eye & cheek) and the area around.

I had to step out of the salon in pain and looking terrible with a burnt patch on my face. One such accident can ruin a customers life. No one bothered to check how do I get back home with such an injury. My phone number and no other details were taken at least to follow up.

I have taken a Face Clean up service in Javed Habib (Lawsons bay colony, Visakhapatnam branch).

While steaming, the sizzling hot water spill on my eye and the area around. Unable to tolerate the pain I moved to the washbasin and put running water on the left part of my face.

Later staff got me some ice cubes and Soframycin ointment to control the burning pain. Just imagine boiling water spilling on the sensitive skin around the eyes and cheeks.

I had to step out of the salon in pain and looking terrible with a burnt patch on my face. Imagine the loss if I have opened my eye at the same time. One such accident has a potential to ruin a customers life.

I was thinking of taking keratin treatment. Person on duty at jawab Habib parlour located at crown plaza Mall Faridabad, adviced me to take keratin smoothing. He quoted 7000 and agress to do the same at 5000rs. Product he promised was of GK.
Then 1st settings of keratin smoothing started. A guy came and applied some cream on my hair. Meanwhile the cream was drying, I asked him about the cream he applied. He told me "it is smoothing, keratin smoothing has much stronger smell." Then I tried to look at the container from where he took the cream and it was definitely not GK. I felt cheated.
Then a highly unprofessional lady straightened my hair and burned my cheeks with straightener. When I said her to be careful, she replied nothing will happen, it's my daily work and keep going on. She pulled my hair so hard that I got headache that night.
3rd tragedy happed on 2nd sitting, where they simply wash your hairs and apply hair mask. They did it but today it's 3rd day, I can still feel and see hair mask applied on my hair.
Afterall this tradegy, during billing I asked the guy, who took my order, that which cream you applied. Then after lots of struggle he said that it was supposed to like that. 5000rs is for smoothing and this is what we talked about.
I was so shocked and didn't have any words to explain.

These unskilled and unprofessional employees are ruining your name.if you can Stop them from doing so, it will be great help.

I have booked for my bridal and engagement make up at jawed habib which is located at Lewis road Bhubaneswar.Before booking I asked about product details for hd make up and they said they only use huda beaty products. But they just used ponds cold cream as moisturizer. Then very cheap quality foundation and primer, blushes from sugar cosmetics.Even they don't have a good setting spray. They just used faces Canada setting spray on me. I have also asked before which eye lashes they use. She said PAC.but on make up day she suggested me not to use lashes. When I requestes her she used red cherry eye lashes which is costs Rs 20/.And that make up artist was totally unskilled. She just made me mora dark and my entire face red. She was not a make up artist from jawed habib.. She is just a normal freelancer make up artist with whom jawed habib has tied up for their own benefits. And also they said she is a senior celebrity make up artist. I want to know they are talking about which celebrity. Please tell her to learn make up skills from me. I am far better than her and also I have more costly products at my home.previously I was a regular customer at jawed habib at a different location. But you just ruined my one of the most important day. I never forget that. After seeing my make up when I said them I will not come for my bridal make up anymore that so called celebrity make up artist demanded me extra money. Such a shameless girl. They give me a basic make up worth 2000 Maximum and I paid for huda beaty hd pack which cost me 4444/.but the girl was demanding for 5k .Not only that they don't have a separate room for make up. I had to change my clothes in front of them. And also some staffs were interfering during make up and make up and making comments on me. So unprofessional people. Shame on the name of Jawed habib. It was my last visit to jawed habib and I will suggest everyone not to go there until I die.

I had gone for hair cutting of my 7 years daughter's hair. I showed them the sample hair cutting what I wanted for my daughter. I categorically told him in the starting that her hairbangs cutting would be till her eyebrows but the man who was cutting the hair cutted hairs so badly that whole forehead is visible no style of hairbangs. I was shocked after seeing the hair cut. They are totally unprofessional, untrained useless guys destroying the dreams of people who are coming for a good hair cutting in HABIB'S. If they are unable to give the proper haircut as asked, they should atleast deny to cut the hair

My daughter needs justice, she is just crying for her hairs.
I want strict action on them otherwise I will go to consumer court.

"PATHETIC" response from the outlet... I have been visiting regularly for hair cuts and beard trimming and everytime I have experienced unsatisfactory response with different reasons...
1) Most of the employees change regularly... Due to this the style changes and u become speachless

2) They say to book appointment for timely hair cut but as per my experience, I have not got the service done anytime at the said time...

Today I had booked the appointment by 12.00 PM for 5.45P.M... I confirmed them again by 5.00P.M that I would reach by 5.45P.M... They confidently accepted...

I reached at the same time and still waiting since almost an hour for the service to be done. i was informed that it will take 10Min amd its been an hour and still no response.I dont know how this comment would be shown to public interest but if at all its true, I am still waiting for their response personally at the outlet, " IF" they read this comments of mine.

When I waited for 1hr and 15min, I got a reply saying that the employee named Afzal was sent on emergency by the owner of the franchise and so somebody elese would take up the service... I was shoked to hear this in an unprofessional way from the reception counter...

My question is, if I had to take the service from any other employee then why was it not inform me on time and why was my 1 hour wasted...?
Why is this outlet not treating the customers in a professional way...?

At this competitive world, there are lot of options around and if they can't keep the customers happy they should not be given business...

Being a brand called JAVED HABIB, it's not acceptable at all...

I took global hair color highlights from the salon situated at Saviour GreenArch Greater noida shopping complex. But the highlights are not done properly, neither justifying the work as it was promised before starting, with the given amount of money 3500 they demanded, they referred me one pic before coloring but after the color process done, my hair are not looking like the same as they showed in the pic and neither like that it was promised, the hair stylist guy Mr. Vishal picked very very small amount of hair to highlight. Total charges I have paid 9000 Rs in cash for smoothening and color only.

On 14 July 2021 .. Two persons came together at my apartment and met with me.They shown the offer card of Javed habib and convence me too much to purchase this card in 500 rupees and told about this card and told me about another 500 rupees payment when I or other members of my family will go to salon to started services provided in card... yesterday I called in Javed habib P Road Kanpur branch and told my card number for booking of 1 Nov 2021 ..She booked my wife's timing for two services.when my wife gone there and told about herself that she is a card member and she will pay 500 and ask on counter for any other charges then counter executive told no ma'am there is no more charge after payment of 500+500..inspite of this when her two service completed then on salon counter demanded 300 more and said it's loreal product so u have to pay while on my card, there is not mentioned about product name...My wife had to pay...it was like a cheat...I hate the lie and liers company..so take a right action please on P Road kanpur nagar branch..

Sir I went to Jawed Habib in civil lines jhansi for hair service 1 month ago..I took the service of rebounding of my hair ...but after one week my hair fall increases rapidly due to breakage...my 60%of my hair are fall down due to rebounding which is clearly seen in my head...when I told to them everything they are not able to console me...I really disappointed Habib service in jhansi..please do needful action urgently

I had very pathetic experience at Javed Habib beauty salon attapur pillar#127 above Domino's telangana today. No tarrif chart was available there. They are charging as per their wish. One lady was there she told me that if I will opt for a hair spa service then I will not have to pay for my hair cut. The system was showing Rs.1200 for that service but one another lady was there at billing counter she added Rs. 2000 for the service when I told her that I have been told by your staff that I need not to pay for hair cut then she removed the hair cut charges from the bill and suddenly I saw that the spa charges has increased from 2000 to 2500. I mean what kind of service is this? So, basically everyone is charging as per their own wish over there and they are providing fake information to the customers. While the staff was doing his job the lady came 5 times in between and asked him to finish the job early. I was not expecting this kind of service from javed Habib. I had to pay extra money because of their unprofessional behaviour.
