I have glamour league membership card. As it is written on card that i get discount if bill amount is Rs.500/- but the saloon people refused to give me discount. They nit even gave me discount on bill of Rs.7000/- for the items in bill is below ₹500/-.

I went for a hair cur on the 24th of september. It was my 2nd time on habib, First time also i did not get a good hair cut. But after knowing that this time there is a professional guy who has experience of 7 years, i went to cut my hair. At the beginning, i have clearly mentioned that i want a layer cut keeping my hair length long and step from the front. But the guy did not listen to me and cut my hair short and even the cut was very simple. He cut my hair within 3 minutes. On the top of that he was touching my neck and trying to come close to me for which i shouted at him. But the guy tried to be innocent and was very unprofessional, he dont know how to talk to a customer. I have cut my hair at kolkata habib salon but i was very happy and satisfied with the style cut on the hair. But it seems that the people in Habib (shillong) has not got any training and just working without training. Not a single staff is professional. I will not recommend any of my friend to Habib. I had a very bad experience with habib. And i am really very unhappy.
Please look into it.

Your company basically deals with hair cut and in every sitting in name of trimming they change my look .Don't you have any standard haircut procedure ?

You are taking 10 times more than a normal barber and still there is no surety of proper hair cut .

I am a Professional woman .I can't stay at home if your personnel make my look worst .

I did a haircut and wanted to jst colour my grey hairs. I was reluctant to go global as I used to have hair fall due to colouring so for the past 2years I had stopped colouring at all and I had NO HAIRFALL issues since then..The guy Karnakar suggested to have a global colouring and assured me that the product they use is good and it will make my hair look better… I trusted him and agreed. Aftr colouring he suggested to do keratin treatment too and said it’s best result will be soon aftr doing the colouring. I was skeptical as I dint want so much of harsh chemicals on my hair bt again he said nothing will happen in fact my hair fall will be totally gone aftr the treatment and said he would RETURN DOUBLE the amount I paid if my hair falls. Since that day my hair fall has increased like crazy. Even though I have very short hair and don’t have any knots my hair is falling like 800-1000 strands everytime I comb. I then called another branch of Habib and they said you should never colour ur hair with keratin. So clearly they jst forced me to do all that because they wanted to make money and completely ruined my scalp and hair. I don’t know what to do now to stop this enormous amount of hair fall. I don’t know if it was this bad earlier but probably due to covid this place has just become a money making machine and won’t value their customers.

After all this I called them and asked the solution, they asked me to visit their office again. I went there thinking they could solve my problem but on the contrary, their ILL MANNERD STAFFs Sangeeta and Karunakar straightaway denied to take any responsibilities of ruining my hair also denying their own statement of having said “will return the double amount” and said “rest of our customers are happy with our services if it turns out to be disastrous for you then it’s not our problem.. and i[censored]r hair is ruined it’s because of you not because o[censored]s and we can’t do anything about it.watever you did was out of your wish we dint force you to do anything. Everything has its advantages and disadvantages, you know all that ans agreed for the services… we use the best products and if doesn’t suit you then it’s not our prblem so better not blame us…..i[censored] want anything to revive your hair then you can do a separate hair loss treatment or a spa or protein mask (when I asked wether it will be complimentary as I had already spent 10k bucks …they dint say anything clearly)”. I don’t understand what kind of money making services are running not valuing peoples emotions, money or time. Although the manager I spoke to was very decent, these 2workers should learn some manners and should know how to talk to customers.. (that lady Sangeeta literally shouted at me with finger pointing as if I made a crime by coming back with my concern) … Habib is a well known brand by sadly they don’t keep professional ppl ( atleast not in Diamond Point branch)…. After misbehaving ill treating and playing the blame game for 2hours their manager asked me to come again aftr 2days … I just wasted my time energy hair and money because I made the mistake of trying jawed Habib for the first time.

Aftr that I showed my hair to another branch of Habib(cannot disclose). They checked my hair quality and said “ma’am your keratin is not done properly… who ever did it just did it partially not fully and basically ruined ur hair which would have been better if you would have done nothing AT ALL. It should not look frizzy like it looks now “

**I will remove this review if they actually take the ownership and provide a genuine solution like the manager said they will. Till then I would like people to read this and not waste their hard earned money and ruin your hair on such unprofessional people.

I have got a haircut before 15 days from jawed havib. Told them to cut it in a layer...but still it looks straight.. . After telling 5 times also, he even not listening and convencing me that this is proper layer cut. I always do my haircut from jawed jabib. Always prefer this. But now im realising that i have wasted my time and money by taking haircut from baner branch.

Shyamnagar javed Habib franchise owner Mrs nabonita mukharjee is randomly scold my niece after leaving their job.if my niece take any unnecessary steps your head office will be responsible for that.Kindly take a necessary steps to stop this. Thank you

Hello, I visited Jawed Habib salon in Kanpur (Naveen Market), there service is the worst and the owner is very rude in talking.I did waxing from there, and what did I see!! Old towel, dirty tray, used changing clothes..later on I got itcheness all over my body.This should not be the standard of a high rated salon.Its kinda disappointing.

On 09th July, 2021, I visited Javed Habib, Sitamarhi (Bihar) branch for Beard Straightening. I spent more than 5 hours and they did their job and asked me to wash it after 2 days and also told me to visit for wash if possible. I didn't visited to their branch and I did it on my own, because the branch is too far (Approx 28-30km) from my home. After a week I realised the beard is getting curly again, I contacted to JH. They told me to come again and I visited there and again they did the probable things and told me to come for wash. After 2 days I went there for wash. On 03rd August, 2021, I again called there and told them about the same issue. I just want to say here, it was a complete failure and that failure costs me ₹2, 500 (Salon Charges), and around 10-12 hours of total time and I don't want to talk about the most precious thing that is fuel, here. Hahahahah 😆.

So I visited jaweb salon at jhansi
Address- near variety book store, sadar bazar jhansi. The reason for visiting was for threading and lady at salon recommended for side lock wax. But unfortunately she is not aware exactly how to do a waxing for side lock.
This was a pathetic experience for me. She also waxed the upper part for side lock. It could be great if they focus on what is been advised rather than using there mind on something else. While working there phone should be switched off. They are eager to know who the hell is calling.

Can you please take an action against them.

Hi Am from Hyderabad. I took membership card from jawed Habib uppal franchise.When the membership card was given to me they said it works anywhere with the discount. But after I had my haircut along with spa in jawed Habib Himayatnagar franchise they said that card wouldn't work in this or any other franchise expect that practicular branch. If required am ready to upload the bill copy immediately. If this is the condition why they haven't inform me earlier. Wasted my money in taking this membership card. I want my money back

The store contains only one seat for Manicure and Pedicure. I waited for 1hr for my turn. Since the waiting time was excessive, I declined the service.

When the same thing was discussed with the owner. She was rude and loud. And asked me to provide a suggestion on how to make changes in the store.

Gave me a bad haircut, i asked for layer cut and she did step and cut all my hair length without my concern.
I don't think she has any knowledge for haircut, now they are not taking responsibility for this and damage my hair by applying direct drier. And for this blunder they charged me Rs 500. Now i want refund with damage charge. Also they donot gave me any bill though they charge tax on it.

I went for hair lighting few days back. I took service for hair highlighting. Result was too bad. They colored my hair in random streak and uneven color. My hair look horrible after taking services and they billed me for 5500 INR.
This was such an awful experience I ever have.
I am looking forward either for my refund or getting the disaster mend.

I went for a haircut in early afternoon today and i asked for cutting my hair short. The employee without my permission made my hairs in 3 steps and chopped them as a mess.

Sir previously i m doing hair fall repair at gollapudi javeed habib store he charged 700rs but yesterday same thing doing at labbipeta javeed habib store at bandar road but he charged 5000 rs this was too much his name john please take action otherwise move to consumer court because I have proofs

Recently i have visited jawed habib for waxing at Bhimavaram town after the service they told total amount for the service is 1700. I have jawed habeb membership card and i told them the same but they told at Bhimavaram branch they will not accept membership cards and they did not give me bill also

This is to inform you that the Habib located in Axis Mall, Newtown Kolkata has worthless unprofessional unskilled barbar named Rajesh who doesnt have the courage or creativity to shape my hair. He has done is PhD in hair cutting so kindly make him the CEO or MD of Habib. He has too much knowledge which has become unbearable for him. He is manner less. If your company brand name matters then kindly kick out such barbars.
Appoint some rural saloon guys who know much better and deserve to be in Habib. They know to respect what they do for their living .
It was an horrible experience ever . This was my first & last visit to Habib.
My saloon near my home is far better then such fake brands.

I 100 % recommend Jawed Habib, their service and quality of service is just wow, until I visited this branch in Mahabubnagar, I had walked in second time to take my haircut, the hair stylist saleem seemed to be tired and did not really care to recieve me, then I tried myself approaching friendly taking to him, still he did not seem good towards me, not at all polite and treated me rough till an extent I lost my cool and spoke to manager and explained from the beginning and this guy still starred at me throughout with no decency.. he was very unprofessional..I had a very bad second time experience..
