Javed habeeb saloon gonda bring a offer card inr800 service worth 4000, in form of 16 services, me n my husband took that card, but when we go for services they did not give quality services as we prepaid costumer, or less paying costumer thair attitude like inko jaldi chalta kro, they already paid, in facial only 20 min!!! What the hail!! In short we don't like javeed habeeb gonda services

On 01/09/2019 i visited the jawed habib outlet of kankurgachi for hair spa and hair color. At first the guy named mr. Raja das, the 'hair expert', told me the total cost will 4000+gst (2000/- for spa & 2000/- for color) according to the length, volume and texture of my hair. But after i done, they billed me 3000+gst for hair spa only without any intimation. The total bill amount was 5900 incl gst (2000+gst for spa & 3000+ gst for color). Beside this, i opted for a lighter shade of copper brown from their catalogue for hair color. I strictly advised them not to apply a very stronger shade. But they did the same thing. After application the brown shade was very intense. It is looking horrible.in short this time the experience with habib is simply pathetic. I'm m never going to visit. Money can't be refunded. But a small advise please train your 'hair experts' properly. It's all about customer satisfaction. Kindly take necessary action. Bills attached.

Here I am Gulafsha Kausar writing this mail regarding the complaint about my smoothing is done[protected] in one of your branch which is situated in the square mall, Sarojini market. They charged for that 6565 Rs. They even didn't give me any Habib's service bill slip(I have bank statement paid in the name of Krishnan enterprises if required).

I lost all my smoothing after the single wash (even I have taken 2days incubation period properly without any touch of a single hair with water then go for a head wash on your salon as suggested) that experience was horrible for me people are that much corruption doing by using your name. I reside in Varanasi, I especially went there for my smoothing
Hence, I want my money back, your salon was not reliable for smoothing again so obviously I will not take another chance for smoothing if they offer me again they also give me an unacceptable hair cut for your reference I am attaching my hair pics, Kindly take a bold decision as soon as possible as l am out of my country from 15th of Aug to 3rd of sept. People are downgrading your name and fame as a fellow customer as want a resolution from you otherwise I have to go for consumer forum.

I went for haircut in xpreso salon in phoenix mall pune. My token no was 76. The person spoiled my entire haircut. The length was cut more than what he told me as my hairs were waist length and he cut them short till my shoulder. While i requested him for max length as i have to get it done according to my marriage date. Moreover i cannot feel any shape at the end of my hairs and he gave me steps plus laser cut. He was continuously laughing and talking to his fellow collegue embarassing customers and thereby spoiling haircut. He was very unprofessional and i lost my hairs and money with them. This is the worst haircut of my life. Just spoiling brands name. They are playing with the faith of customers.

I went to jawed habib hair & beauty salon, kasba branch this afternoon.
At the very beginning, i said that i want to do hair color and pedicure. What they normally do is, they apply the color and in the waiting time between the color and wash, they do the pedicure. So i was expecting the same will happen today as well.
However, after applying the color, nobody bothered to show up for the pedicure. When i asked who will be doing the pedicure, i was told that i will have to wait a while. After 5 mins, i was informed that they will do the pedicure after washing the color. Which meant i will have to sit idle for 45 mins and then another 45 mins to complete the pedicure. They could have told me so at the very outset. Then i would have changed my plans and come some other day. Time is an important factor. Why would they assume that i would have all the time in the world? Upon telling them that i was not informed about this delay, they said they only have 1 staff for pedicure and she is presently busy washing hair. If they have only 1 staff for pedicure, then why could someone else not be engaged in hairwash? And as a client, how do i know that there is only 1 staff for pedicure? Is it my job to find out? During billing, the receptionist moumita told me that had i taken a prior appointment, this would not have happened. Well, then if she knew that i had not taken an appointment, was it not her duty to tell me that since i had not taken an appointment, my time would not be respected?
When it comes to pushing products or hair spa etc, they are quite proactive. What happens when it comes to giving proper service?

Went to javed habib(branch-anwar shah road kolkata near to lords more/balaram sweets and NOT the south city complex one) at around 8:15pm on 30/6/19...male staffs hav askd abt my service requirements and conveyed thier on duty female staffs to do the same...But the on duty female staff was rigid and was continously telling that she will not be able to do any service coz its around 8pm and she will go home now after repeated request from the male staffs..am a regular customer of habib along with my family members and this branch is opened till 9:30 everyday and staffs really works but this lady whom am seeing today only is refusing service to customers...please see and do the needful..branch habib..prince anwar shah road near to lords more/balaram sweets

Kindly improve the staff of jawed habib salon latur, ausa road. Unreasonable charges by the staff itself, misbehaviour with customers... Initially they say the amount high later they say it raised to almost double the cost displayed on net... What the hell is going on... They even dont have any card or memo related to all the updated prices... N when i asked how come one of the staff tells a different price n another staff tells a different price for the safe service... Then they turned a deaf year to me... If this is going to continue... Definitely the belief of customers in jawed habib is going to vanish soon....

I am a regular customer of habib parlour. Today i cut my hair in habib parlour in the world, unit-4, bhubaneswar. The present lady who cut my hair the behaviour of that lady is very rude.
She is cutting hair as per her mood and she told me as per her mood she regularly cut hair of customer. She cut my hair one side long and one side short.in real she don't know how to cut hair. After hair cutting she didn't blow the hair after my request too.

Plz take immediate action.. Otherwise it will affect reputation of habib parlour.

Where ever i have gone i got a good response from ur branch but twice i have visited your hair expresso in sarojini nagar mall 1st floor branch of delhi the receptionist over there is very rude and doesn’t know how to speak to the customers twice i have returned back from your shop this time i am really very disheartened i went with shampoo hair and if i wish to go for rs 130 cut then how can she force me go for shampoo and that to infront of customers and staff she was saying if will cut your hair then our scissors ✂️ and comb will get spoiled... I mean what the hell is this how can she speak like this with the customer. She is there to give the appointment that’s it rest is on our discretion that what we want to avail in seevice but then also i would have again gone for shampooing my hair but there should be a proper way to deal with the customers and this is not for the first time it has happened thrice once with my friend also she also said that the receptionist is very rude and harsh. This is to inform you and hope some actions will be taken on this.

Myself kaushal i have visited your store in bulkampet area hyderabad on jan 25 for hair cut and beard trim expecting it to be great experience but unfortunately the staff here are very unprofessional and in hygenic. The barber smoked cigarette and didn't even use sanitizer his hands were smelling bad. Hair cut was ok but coming to trim he has used sharp trimmer which resulted in cuts on my face it was an horrible experience and will never forget it.
Please concentrate on customer service your farnchises are increasing but customer service levels are bad and pathetic. Kindly conduct hygiene trainings and hair cut trainings they have charged 450 rupees for hair style cut but no hair style is done. My total bill was 750 you can check with your team here

The jawed habib parlor opened in iit kharagpur has the worst customer service and the highest unprofessional behaviour. I had visited there to get something done and was told that i need to wait for sometime. I waited for 45mins before asking when will i get my service be done. To that noone was bothered to reply and then finally after asking again one member replied saying it will take half hour more. Since it was getting late i got up to return, seeing that one girl came and said it will be done in next 5 mins. So i waited again for another half hour. Then again when i asked if at all my service will get done, to that i got a reply it will take time.. How much noone knows. I went to reception again for say the same and the lady there started arguing and misbehaving. Very unprofessional behaviour and there was no apology given by anyone.

Yesterday i. E on 23rd dec 2018 i visited your axis mall branch. Kolkata for hair smoothing and highlights.
The executive there mr. Prasenjit assisted me along with 2 more support staff. They suggested me for anti dandruff treatment which he said was 1000rs... N i agreed to the same. So my treatment started well. Then in the mean time mr. Prasemjit suggeated me for keratin treatment.. I inquired regarding the price.. He said normal smoothing was 3999 and this would be at the same price as giving me special discount... I again agreed to the same. So everything went well. Suddenly he came and inquired regarding my mode of payment.. I said i will pay by card... He then said.. Mam.. U can pay it on cash bcz i[censored] pay through card there will be additional gst that will be charged. I found it convenient but informed him i dnt have that mch cash. He said he will send someone with me for that... So all my smoothing.. Hair colour went through.. Then i went to the atm and asked hw mch it was... He said 14000... I inquired how... As i know i have done smoothing+haircolour (Not global.. Only highlights) + anti dandruff which sums into-3999+4000+1000=9000... If i take it approx 10k also... Den why was i charged so high... Then i asked for the cash memo.. To which he denied.. I was so embarrassed in front of so many people so i had to pay it. But this is fraud.. U can check the cctv footage of neccessary.
My friend suggested me and so i went there. But its a fraud u guys have done.
Kindly look into the matter. I am ok to pay if i am charged rightly. But this is disgusting... U guys have charged me over and have also not given me the cash memo...
Kindly revert on the matter before i escalate it to higher management.

I hv done hair smoothing n lost within 1 wash i lost smoothing of hair n to much hair fall start in 15 day very bad service n fruod i paid 6000 n n buy worst quality hair now to much worried about hair fall in within 15 days worst experience n my money is gone 6000. I visited habib xpresso hair cut at basement shipra mall, indirapuram, gaziabad on 11.11.2018. There the hair dresser asked me to take spa as my hair was rough. I agreed. The spa was so unprofessional. Hair was water was so cold. I asked why?. The staff said geyser is not working. After few minutes of someilk protein application on my hair. They were going to give steam on my scalp. After putting steamer on my head, it didn't work. They then said steamer is not functioning, and then the guy make me wore the shower cap and blowed the dryer over it. How silly. Am i a fool?. The charge was full 1000. With the worst spa. They are making fool of customers. Totally unprofessional. Wont visit again and wrote this on fb too.

I visited the salon in rae bareli for getting my haur color done. I chose the 6-8 strips and red color. They first colored my hair stripes white.. And then applied very local. Red color on top of that. Very poor communication.. Confused staff. They didnt tell. Me that they r making base color first. They have spoiled mine and my sisters hair color.
I have got my hair colored many times before and they never colored my hair white first.

I got my hair smoothening done from jawed habib tdi mall hair salon and i am extremely dissatisfied with the service. I would not suggest anyone to go there, before going i asked the price and i was being told that with keratin smoothening is for inr 7000 they took more than 6 hours while earlier also i had undergone this process within 5 hours and they are giving me pathetic reasons for taking long time also, they do not have card payment facility nor do they tell the customer before starting work that they have to pay cash and his staff is confused. And also my hair was totally damaged very bad service and no body suggest me what shampoo. Hair marks. Serum ….

I visited jawed habib hair and beauty salon, iit kharagpur branch two weeks back for smoothening my hair that cost me rs 6500. For the next three days my hair was fine but once i washed it using shampoo suggested by the salon, my hair has become extremely dull frizzy, my hair tips have become curled in a odd way that shows that the rebonding was not done propeery, i am having too much of hair fall and the smoothening is not there any more. My hair got damaged and i am really clueless what to do to. Inpite of spending rs 6500 and buying the expensive shampoo conditioner suggested by the salon, what i got is totally damaged frizzy hair.
I would want my money back or cure my hair.

Last 6 month i was complaint, same complan repeat in sikar, receptionalist were mis behaviour against all customer & used abuse language..
It reduce the prestige of parlour..
I will not go next tym this parlour..
If your company can save the customer then take strict action..
Either 2019 march parlour will close only that reason

I was looking for hair smoothing treatment ao instead of going for local brand i went to so called brand of jawed hubib thinking that it will give me quality product and good hair treatment. I did hair smoothing a month ago from 4th day only my hair started looking waiving like before no shine n dull. When i went back to say about this they said use our product and do haircut it will be resolved i spend extra 2000 on it and no results. When i said them help me in resolving this they asked for additional money so they will do keratin treatment as in smoothing all bonds were not break. I was surprised to see this money extracting tactics from such a brand. I wasted my money also my hair looks too damage because of improper treatment. I would never suggest this salon to anyone. Worst experience ever

Every month myself and my son visit jh, rk puram, kothapet, for haircut. They charge 550/- rs all inclusive. I had received a message from jawed habib offering flat 30% discount on hair & beauty services on the eve of independence day. On sunday i. E., 5th august, we (My son & me) got our haircut & showed the message. They still charged rs. 500/- whereas he should have charged rs. 385/-. I was really shocked that these kind of things happen in these kind of so called reputed places. Think local haircutting saloons are more honest. Sorry to say this. I will never suggest jh to anybody or will ever visit. Sanjeev kumar.

What is the use of such offers when you can't honour your own offers?

Jawed habib has to take action for 2 reasons. Firstly, we haven't asked for any offers. Secondly, it is not our fault if you failed to mention minimum bill amount in the offer.
