I have purchased a battery with order no 290440. It was not fitting my mobile so I have registered a complaint. The customer care asked me to share pictures of the same and I did so. Then they asked me to send the product on courier to the address of Belakoba, West bengal on 5 Jan 2018 with tracking/consignment number C80345745 of DTDC courier . The courier reached the location on 30 Jan and there is no response from the customer team later. I have mailed them from id m.[protected]@gmail.com many times, but no reply. I would like to have my money of 433 and shipping cost 150 refunded to my account ASAP. I would like to escalate the issue to be done at the earliest. Kindly respond me ASAP with the update.

Hi dear sir or madam as i purchased a battery from jaxtacart cart for my lenovo a7000 but i received battery of lenovo and even that battery is duplicate and in broken condition so i want justice for my money and i never want a return product or exchange product for that but as you are supplied me a duplicate product first time i order from jaxtacart cart but i lost hope and trust now so i did not want any exchange of battery just i need is my money back as i am fed-up with this first order so please resolve this problem as soon as possible and get my money back order id is 294345. I ordered (Order id-289125) mobile battery of lyf flame 8 order on jaxtakart.com but battery delivered by jaxtakart does not work proper in my mobile. This is fake / duplicate battery delivered by jaxtakart.com. This battery does not work in mobile it is dublicate battery. So plz return back. Executive not give answer properly,

I never ordered in this website. But first time i ordered on 06/12/2017. I have added attachment of order details.

I ordered lava battery model no. Eg932by. I received it on time. But is of not suitable in mobile. I want to return this but. I mailed many times and i have been calling continuesly from 3 days. I called around 100times but there is no response. Each time i call it is busy. All my money is being spent on calling you. I[censored] have responsibility, plz do reply to my mails or respond to my calls. Or cancel my order and return my money.

Order id : 290597, i ordered for lyf flame 8 ls - 4505 battery were i received different model battery lyf flame 1 and even that battery received is poor quality. And even not working. So, i want to return back the products.

And i want my money rs 449 refund.

I experienced that jaxtakart customer service not responding any of mails and calls we have wait for hours to contact.

Every worst experience with jaxkakart.

I had ordered a battery for intex aqua v3g long time ago but i have never received the product and all i get from the customer service number is assurance. Despite my repeated calls and emails they have never delivered the product. This has reference to my order no. 288835. I had called the customer care several times but either the number appears busy or they will assure me of dispatching the product within 24 hrs. Whenever i email them, they replies that i'll be contacted within 24 hrs, but they never contacted or communicated with me. I also asked for refund but i got nothing till date.

I request jaxtakart to provide me an original yu5510 battery and replace it with the battery they provided, as they had said that their stock had finisged,
The battery has some issues like slow charging, no temperature sensor and charging stuck at 95%

I have order a battery for my canvas 6 pro e484. I have not received the order till now. 15 days are over. My order id is 285640. Please help me sir. I want my money refund. I have purchase a mobile battery from jaxtakart order no. 275737. Company takes to completed that order more than 2 months. When i have got it my parcel. I checked battery was not working. It was dead. I have contact to company. They advise me return it back. I have returned through india post. It is delivered on time. Now more than 20 days passed. They are not responding and not got my money back....

I recently ordered (Order id 285044) mi bm44 battery, however delivery received is of mi bm41 battery. Invoice is for bm44. Battery quality is very very poor and drains withing 30 mins.
Given complaints on their customer portal but no resolution. Customer care number +[protected] never works. Anytime/anyday you call, it is giving messages that number is busy.

While ordering, coupon code was not working, due to which i lost 10% discount.

Regarding order no order id: # 280081 order date: 02/10/2017

I booked a mobile battery for karbonn titanium machfive on 02/10/2017 and received that on 10/10/2017.

After full charge of the battery the battery lasts for atmost 30 minutes.
The phone switches off after 30 mins and shows 0% after switching it on { images for reference shown below }.

The battery drains very fast. This is not a genuine product.
The customer care of jaxtakart.com is unresponsive many a times, hardly replies to emails and says to email the same thing every time i call them.

Provide me the refund or atleast communicate clearly as soon as possible.

I have order intex mobile battery on 11 october on jaxtakart.com. My order no. 281673 and i already pay rs.699 online from my hdfc bank account. There is dispatch my order item and i wrote email on 14 oct and then 16 oct but no response from jaxtakart though they committed to responce in 24 to 48 hrs.
Contact phone number [protected] is always busy. Its very difficult to contact them to get money back if they are not able to deliver my order item.

I've ordered a samsung galaxy s advance - i9070 battery a month ago on 13th of september 2017 and i have not received the product yet. And also the customer care no is never connected (Mobile no[protected]. Always busy. Also i am not getting any call or confirmation.

Please do the needful. I have checked the customer reviews and have seen that this site have been cheating lot of people. Please do something or else lot of others like me will be cheated. We all have to be aware of these kind of fraudulent.
