My order came from jaxtakart and it was delivered by xpressbees delivery service. First of all, the delivery boy gave my package to another family and i got their package. Then the delivery guy told me it was exchanged so i will return you your product. But the product that came to me was fully opened. The product with which we got excahnged that person fully opened my package. Why is that ?they were supposed to get shoes and mine was battery so i guess by seeing the package only you know that its not shoe they fully ripped my package. I want to either exchange or refund my money.

As my item was not shipped for two days I was trying to reach them through phone and email .No response. An alternate number of JaxtaKart was available on google and when I called, this person said the battery is out of stock and will refund the money. He sent a form and it was a google form where I had to enter my credit card number and CVV number. Luckily I had the sense not to do it and I said give me another alternative. He said go to your Phonepe app and there is a To A/c, click on that. He gave me the beneficiary number. Now I know he was cheating me again. I said, I wll give my number and you add. He just disconnected the call. The number is [protected]

This is with reference to order number 584860. Ordered Asus Zenfone 3 laser battery on 12 Sep 2020 received it on 30 September 2020. The received battery was a complete unfit for the phone. Tried to reach out to customer care 24*7 their number went busy. Now when connected today they said it can't be returned. They offer most pathetic customer care services, faulty products, This is a completely fake online portal. Request you to take a strict action here.

I successfully returned their product. My courier tracking shows that it is successful delivered on their address. But i didn't get my refund till now.

I ordered Airtel dongle and they sent me Jio dongle that too after 3 weeks of delay. Nothing beyond it.
This is a fraud company, beware. They wouldn't respond to your emails or feedback forms on their website and their modus operandi is to get your money and send you scrap or wrong batteries so you end up with their product that holds no value. As per many reviews, they don't take back the product and insist you to buy something else. This must be reported to cyber fraud and the owners of this company must be sent behind bars for looting in broad daylight. Its a shame.

I ordered a battery of Intex mobile from jaxtakart. But they sent me a false large size battery of Intex mobile. So I sent their product back to them. I want my refund. But they told that they can't help me about this matter.

Bloody fraudsters delivered large sized duplicate nonworking Lava z50 battery with order no 583925 now after sending mail they are not responding.

Karbonn A16 mobile batteries were ordered online by Jaxtakart.com. An online payment was also made against him. But since they do not have stock, we request payment refund as requested. According to them, the payment of compensation is not in our policy. In this regard, they have sent wireless earphones and Samsung earphones to replace the Karbonn A16 mobile battery. He is requested to take action in this regard. As well as indecent talk from them by telephone and why you have complained online.

The karbonn a16 mobile battery was ordered online by jaxtakart.com. An online payment was also made by us against it. I have ordered a reliance jio fi wireless data card battery zt gy 974745 and the comapny mentioned and invoice for the same.
But inside the packet it was for diffent battery which iam not able to use. It delivered battery gb/t[protected] of huawei hb 434666rbc 3, 8v 1500mah.
How to retun the product and get refund?

I ordered a coolpad note 3 battery from jaxtakart.com of rs 539 but they delivered me a defective battery after that when i called them their no is all time busy and called continuously from the day of delivery but not picked. After some days i already sent email but they are telling to call between 10 to 5 pm. My order id of jaxtakart is 577035 and the date i ordered was 25th august 2020. Now they are telling that they will not replace the product. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.

Here is the detail of the purchase made on august 28, 2020. Since then there is no trace of delivery. Emailed twice but haven't received any response; customer care phone is almost inaccessible and finally, i get through after a trying for several days. The response that i have got that the battery quality is poor that's why they are unable to deliver. Instead, they would deliver other products that i don't require. I declined and asked for a refund to the account. But they haven't done it till date.
Plz take cognizance of this customer harassment and take appropriate action making sure the refund of my payment of rs809/- to them immediately.

I have ordered and paid for a battery and android charger. But haven't received the order and it's not even been dispatched yet.

I ordered a Intex battery of 1500 mah but I received a wrong product. I called customer care also but there number is always busy and didn't reply the mail also. I sent the product through courier . But I still not received my refund
