I have purchased acer liquid z630s on 15/7/2020. Order no.[protected]/-rs. So for i have not received any information about the product or despatch details.

Whether is this is fraud or true, then why the material not sent?
If i do not receive the material within three days i may be forced to take necessary action. Either report to cyber crime or legal action.

      Mobile phone battery ordered by me for my phone s-7562 never worked. It was supposed to have 3 months warranty but the phone never got switched on with that battery. No one responds from this fraud company. I am cheated and made mistake by buying the battery from them.

          Dear authority
          I had bought a zte blade a2 pulse battery for rs 899 from your shopping which when opened parcel was syska h15 bluetooth earphone very low quality. I had returned wrong item that syska h15 bluetooth earphone by registered post on 2/7/2020, which was received by you on 17/07/2020. But they can't any response so i request you to please refund my money as soon as possible.

              but still not delivered we have already given complaint two time in consumer forum but neither we received the refund nor the product.
              the contact no. which is given in their site is false.
              how this types of company surviving in india .

                My order number 557463 placed on 5th july 2020 for jio dongle battery has not been shipped yet, whereas it is showing availability of stock for booking purpose.
                I am in urgent need of this item as my set has stopped working.

                    I have sent 6 emails on status of the order #558427, but i haven't received a reply on a single email. I have also requested to refund the payment made for the order #558427, because you are not capable to ship the order even after 10 days.
                    I am strongly believe that jaxtakar is fraud online website to loot the money of the customer.

                    I want my money back by today (18-jul-20)

                                        I hs placed an order on 13.6.20 for one no of Airtel 4g battery.Till date the item hs not been despatched. Two emails were sent to them & two times I hv spoken to their customer care representative but the item hs not been despatched instead they r offering some other product which i refused to accept.Ultimately I hv asked for refund of the amount. So far I hv not received any reply from them.
