[Resolved] Jaxtakart — complaining to return the wrong product which I received . | |||||
I am trying to call the customer care but i got no response . Each and everyday I am to call but it says the number you are trying to call is busy. And the customer care email which is of (24×7) seems to be (0×0). Please help me getting my product return. I had ordered an battery of Samsung Galaxy E7 and got an uncharged and bad quality battery . It also seems to be duplicate product . I asked mobile shops near me and they told me that the product and the website is fake. Was this information helpful? | |||||
