I ordered battery for lebova phab2 for rs. 899 and made payment on 12.06.2020, the order id is #548047. Even after a lapse of 18 days, till date i have not received the material and there is no update about delivery date and tracking id. Tried to contact them on their customer care number, but couldn't reach them. It seems that they cheat the customers in the name of e-commerce....

I already placed one order for my samsung tab battery the already receive my payment when i try to call them from the last four days number is always busy at text on that number they receive my message but they not reply i already send them my email also they received a not reply i need my payment back and i really surprised how come the they are doing like this way

I was ordered online one item through www.Jaxtakart.com on 07 june 2020 (Order id: 546016, date ordered: 07/06/2020). They informed through mail after receiving payment that, this item will be delivered within 7-10 working day. Till date i did not receive the item. I communicated them via. [protected]@jaxtakart.com repeatedly to know the status the delivery of the item. But till date i did not know when i will get my ordered item.
Please...

My order is not delivered and they are not responding to my mails.
I want to cancel order and refund money....

I guess it's a cheating company grabbing money from people n not even responding to calls n mails......

I gave money to this this website for purchasing s battery of my carbon smart phone and received a fake battery from this website and when tried to return the fake battery but the jaxtakart did not reply as they are thief of highest order, though i complained against them but nothing happened as yet and i got a lesson not to buy things from unknown sites as there are no strict rules in india for such fake sites....

Product not yet shipped and no response either though mail or calls. Want to cancel the order and want refund. Please let me know the procedure to cancel the item...

I purchased nokia 8.1 battery order 552426 still it not shipped from long back whether do u send or not.. I feel that it’s a fake site collecting money...

I ordered my intex aqua star 2 battery on 3 july 2020, till now they haven't delivered it. I paid the bill through online method. My order id is 543840. I want to cancel my order and I want refund. When i called them, it says they are busy. They said it would come in 7-10 days but... Till now I am frustrated.
When i try to track my order they say, order has been confirmed but not yet shipped....

I ordered one huwaei battery from jaxtakart on 18th may. I tried reaching out to them through customer care which has been kept on busy loop but this looks like a fraud company.
I paid full amount for my purchase and this website do not respond to any of my calls or emails....

I purchased a Nokia 8 battery, model HE328, on 9th May 2020 with order ID #530010 through the site, https://www.jaxtakart.com/. They said because of COVID19 problem, it will get delayed. Then later I send email, as I didn't get any further information from them. On 30th May they send me an email saying, as they will expecting to ship the order within 5 days. After that no information. Still site shows the order is confirmed, not yet shipped....

Till today, jun 16, it is not yet shipped. Highly disappointed. Is it a fake site?
