Jaxtakart — escalating on a product purchased on jaxtakart

I have purchased a battery with order no 290440. It was not fitting my mobile so I have registered a complaint. The customer care asked me to share pictures of the same and I did so. Then they asked me to send the product on courier to the address of Belakoba, West bengal on 5 Jan 2018 with tracking/consignment number C80345745 of DTDC courier . The courier reached the location on 30 Jan and there is no response from the customer team later. I have mailed them from id m.[protected]@gmail.com many times, but no reply. I would like to have my money of 433 and shipping cost 150 refunded to my account ASAP. I would like to escalate the issue to be done at the earliest. Kindly respond me ASAP with the update.
