[Resolved]  Jaxtakart — Received a different duplicate battery not suitable for my phone,no return initiation from Jaxtakart company support team

I ordered a battery for my MI MAX 2 phone through jaxtakart.
Paid 630/- online.
But they sent me a battery without even a model number and is also not suitable for my phone.
I informed this Jaxtakart company support team about this issue within 48 hours as per their return policy.
But they are not responding to mails to start the return process.

I have received the not working battery.

Please don't replace sir, we can't trust them.

Just mail them

And tell them you have received a bad battery and return the item as soon as possible.

They told me to return through registered post, but post offices won't allow us to ship explosive items like batteries, so I informed this to Jaxtakart and returned through DTDC courier and sent them the courier details.

I just returned the battery this week, don't know whether they will refund my money.

But when I sent them the courier details, they told me that they will take necessary steps and inform me when they receive the item.

Would you like to tell me how can I contact the people that I have received the bad battery as I am not able to see any way on the website to opt any option to return or exchange the received wrong item & they are also telling on their website that the item has to be returned within 48 working hours.
So kindly guide in this regards.

Don't know whether they will accept a return now, but if you have informed them about return within 48hrs of receiving the courier, there is chance.

Just mail them and ask.

I have already given the mail id.

But don't mention that 48hrs thing first, ok?

Jaxtakart refunded both the product price and self return charges.
