Jaxtakart — flip cover improper design

This is my first order at Jaxtacart, I ordered flip cover for my 10.or G mobile priced 206 which was ordered on 18/06/2018 and delivered on 23/06/2018 through DTDC with order ID #327269.
The cover delivered to me have a lot of design problem, It don't even have the space for fingerprint sensor and even the other ports like head phone jack and usb port are not fitting.
So I humbly request you to return this item as soon as possible.
