Jaxtakart — mobile cover wrong size but no return or refund

I had bought a mobile cover from Jaxtakart but when I received the product it was different size wrong mobile cover which did not fit my mobile now Jaxtakart saying they cannot return or refund.
I had tried calling them for customer care number which never responds always busy or will never respond.

Now they are saying I did not inform them in 48 Hrs where I immediately tried to call them on their phone but phone never responds phone number is +[protected] that also morning 11 to 5 pm evening.
Please let me know the solution
