Jaxtakart — My product not recieved.

I ordered my intex aqua star 2 battery on 3 july 2020, till now they haven't delivered it. I paid the bill through online method. My order id is 543840. I want to cancel my order and I want refund. When i called them, it says they are busy. They said it would come in 7-10 days but... Till now I am frustrated.
When i try to track my order they say, order has been confirmed but not yet shipped.
