[Resolved]  Jaxtakart — not received my product

I ordered a battery for my phone and have not received my product yet and when i tracked down the order it was showing it has been delievered... I placed the order on 19-nov-2019. Track number 490755. And when i try to call them customer care number is busy... Look like they are not in a mood to resolve my issue.
I want to cancel this order and want refund as soon as possible
Please look into this matter
