Jaxtakart — ordered a week back but still not dispatched

We have ordered for a battery for our cell phone almost a weeks back. The order was supposed to be shipped in a weeks time. However we haven't recieved any update over it. Nor has anybody reverted on the status on complaint even after several follow ups. The support i'd is not responsive and calls not reachable. Request your assistance in receipt of the order urgently.
