I have order mobile phone charger on 22/7/2018 and the order id is #337860 and tracking order is k13771527. While tracking with this id it says "there is no information available about the orders". There is no sms received regarding the delivery. I have tried calling several times during the office hours, but nobody responded. So, i request you to kindly respond to this complaint and solve the issue.

It's been long time I am trying to reach jaxtakart customer care regarding the status of my shipment for which I have paid Rs 253. I have ordered mi max 2 flip cover on 2nd August 2018. There is no details available in the site related to my shipment. No shipping details. It's looking like a fake company as there is no response from the customer support. Request the buyers to not do any kind of shopping from this site otherwise there are 100 % chances that you are going to lose your hard earned money.
