Jaxtakart — product have not shipped/dispatched, no response from support

I have placed an order on 31st jan, 2019.
It is been 6 days and my product have not even shipped/dispatched from their facility.

I have tried to reach them through the customer support section and they did not even respond to that.

My order i'd is 398996. Either they tell me how long it is going to take to get delivered or they refund my money please.

It feels like the site is fraudulent.
