The email received from consumer complaints says that we will be getting reply at the earliest. But till now i didnt get neither reply nor charger. What kind of management is this. Atleast you can reply to my mail if you are not running a farud company

I had given an order of the battery of Swipe Konnect on 20.07.18 order ID 337275, but till date the product was not shipped. Each and every time their customer care number was busy. No refund also made. I had complained to there given link but no response has been done.
