I purchased a lephone w9 battery from jaxtakart.com by rs. 399/- on 01/04/2019 from net banking and order is verified and the said amount also deducted from my account but they didn't shipping or dispatched my product till the date i. E 05/04/2019. They aren't show the status of my order and tracking of order. If i search on tracking order they said that your product is not shipped yet we will dispatch shortly. Order id #417462. Their phone number is +[protected] but it is always busy. Address jaxtakart Belakoba, near water tank Prasannanagar Jalpaiguri West bengal-735133 India I had also sent an mail but they didn't give response. I called customer service and they given wrong statement about delivery and giving wrong information about my product and not talking properly, all fake service and information is given by jaxtakart company, I am very disappointed and angry of this fake company and their services.
