I order a mobile battery from jaxtakart on date 10/03/2020 my order i'd is #511907 and it not despatch yet tiil the date then i am call to their customers service they can't pickup the call every time i call it says they busy in another call every time i call it say busy and there no cancellation for the order you made on their web site or in the mobile app. I am getting worried about they give the product that i order or a wrong product and i searched about the review of the jaxtakart site there are many people disappointed about this site they are received wrong product the amount is not re-found able etc. I think they will focus on this and solve my problem. So be patience on this we will dispatch your product very soon. When it will be dispatched you will receive a confirmation mail and sms about your shipment. Thanks. | |||
