Jaxtakart — wrong product sent they are not refund money

Order id - 312726, i was order j2 battery on 23rd apr, i recd on 3rd may, thats wrong product, i follow for cancle the order and refund almost 7days today 10 may, i have sent mail more 10 times and call also, today they said simple keep with you we cant cancle, how can i keep this useless product, i want the refund or replacement of correct battery, pls resolve my issue, i feel very bad with their customer service
