Jayabheri Group — High servicing charges, poor management, collected amount with out providing spare part

On 4th june Early morning on 7am took my swift vehicle AP37AT 0915 2009 model to jayabheri automotive service center at maddelapalem, visakhapatnam for regular normal service . In fact on protracted pursuance for vehicle service from service center i took vehicle. After waiting long, one person murali krishna came as advisor checked my car reading and decided Rs 8000+ for just doing servicing (oil replacement and cleaning and to regular check) with out going for test drive . On my query for charging high amount he reduced to Rs 6000. I didt register any complaints in vehicle except driver side window glass movement.
I have been one of the old customer attending to service center for any small repair, service, complaints.. this can be viewed in my vehicle service history from 11years+ . Due to wareand tare many of belts, tyres, suspensions etc replaced in addition to the spares during regular service .
So many pros and cons had all these years with your service center with bitter experiences only . Standards are not as they were few years back. Very poor management . You can see in attachment s how they charged with out providing spare part. Realising the same i demanded for deceiving me . They simply wrote on job card they provide that missing spare in 2days for which they charged .. On protracted pursuance from me till yesterday no one came to keepup their promise. One person 3days back came to my residence and took belt photos and went away saying he will come again only when spare part is available..
How redicolous your team at jayabheri which i have been observing since many years . They signed as door delivery but asking me yesterday because i not attended to service center they forgotten . Still did not confirm spare availability.
Previous ly you can check in my vehicle history, on one belt complaint they proposed for replacement of all belts with out having any spares at their stores. Later insisted but On paying Rs 2000 advance they accepted to initiate. .thats how service center is being running . I never seen so called GM s involved in such or now cases . They are there to simply take the workers hardship . Nothing else.

I came to your service center for vehicle check only, as the same is not being used by me frequently . I used to have department vehicle . You can check through vehicle mileage also .
Confirm when will be my spare part provided from your GM cader only . Inculcate them to attend these cases atleast for esteemed customers like us .
