I am thankful to Consumercomplaints website at least i got something from Jaypee after so long gap. The letter received has date of 9th September 2014 whereas I made this complaint on 22nd September which shows they are distributing this types of letter to everyone which actually has no meaning.
I am attaching the letter for your information as well, which does not make any sense to me because the letter was signed by the authorised signatory whose name, contact details are even not shared with us. It is just a vague reply to make us clam. Whom we will make responsible later on ????
Moreover again they have extended the date of possession by almost 16 months and only God knows this new date will be followed by them or not.
Now new possession date given by them is DECEMBER 2015. We have not only blocked our hard earned money in this project but also lost the due market appreciation amount. Other projects got so good returns because of timely progress but in spite of investing with this renowned group we earned nothing.
