Jaypee Developers — Not refund amount paid by me in bs-2

Hi. all,

I have booked a flat in jaypee budhha circuit 2 in 2013 but builder not complete his project till date. i also visited the jaypee office, they are offering 12 % interest without any date. so i want to refund my full amount with 12 % interest without any delay.

O please resolve my problem any how. its a humble request to indian government.
