Jaypee Developers — payment issues

Im getting very very bad service from jaypee developer. When i ask my balance money, there is no response. But if anyone has to give money to developer, they will ask immediately. But if i'm asking my money past one year no response from you. Please guide your employees, how to behave with customers, there are very rude after no receive al pending payment from customer. Seriously i'm not happy with your service. Kindly sort out my issue.
