Dear sir

I have booked my flat in naturvue appartment at sec 22 b jaypee sports city in nov 2013 under the clp plan but till this date no progress seen on ground. There is green grass and bushes. No land development work seen on ground.
Jaypee group not giving land details such as plot number etc. They are not giving any building approval details.
Their channel partner m/s investor clinic and prop dimension are sail this project is scraped.
M/s jayprkash inratech sold this project with any approval. Icici and pnb housing finance was showing in pre approved project on their web pages.in a reply of rti pnb housing finance given plot number gh-05.
I am not able to find this.
M/s pnb housing finiance are not able to show land details. M/s icici has issued sanction letter but not disbursed the loan amount. There is no problem in my side.
Yamuna expreway authority not giving retesfactory respose of any rti.
It seems that builder, bank and yeida all are joined to make fool of public.

I have not received the maturity amount against FDR no 48747 invested Rs 25000/-on 22.11.2012 and its maturity date was 21.10.2015 with rate of intererst of 12.5%.Quarterly interest was deposited in my bank account for 1 year.Further neighther interest nor matured amount was deposited to my account. It is requested to deposit the maturity amount along with interest in my account.Money is urgently requared for my daughter

95% payment has been made.
Flat should have been handed-over 6 years ago.
Construction stopped since last 3 years.

I made a FD with JP Infratech Rs. 50000/- Which was due on 20/10/2016 But I am vary sorry to write that as a reputed Jp Group I Still not received the my amount, i want my money back . I contacted so many time to their office but I have not get proper response by official.

So Pl relive my account to my bank account details given to you earlier

JAYPEE INFRATECH LTD. is not making payment of Fixed Deposit matured on 8.08.2015.My FDR No. is 36929 of amounting Rs. 5.00 Lakhs. The payment of this amount along with interest from 9.08.2015 is to be paid by company .Earlier on my complaint vide registration no. DCOYA/E/2017/00251 dated 17.02.2017 it was informed that Honorable Company Law Board has granted extension for repayment of Fixed Deposits till 31.03.2017. But the company has failed in making payment by this date also. Kindly use your good office to direct the company for making the FD amount along with the interest without further delay

Kindly find enclosed copies of your letter & my earlier correspondences of 2015. The same are self explanatory. Pl. Note that i have not till date received the duly revalidated dividend cheques, details of which are as under as well as the fdrs amount though matured long back:
1. Fdr no.093510 dt.[protected] for rs.9473 (M/s jaypee infratech ltd.)
2. Fdr no. 093511 dt. 1-1-2015 for rs.9473 ( — do — )
There are following 2 fdrs of the above m/s jaypee infratech:
1) fdr no. 11981 investor code no. 0011482 for rs.2, 00, 000/- (Rs. Two lakhs) due for payment on 31.1.2017 not received the amount till date nor any dividend interest.
2) fdr no. 28383 investor code no. 0011482 for rs.3, 00, 000/= (Rs. Three lakhs) that was due on 3.4.2015.
You are therefore requested to pl. Return the duly revalidated dividend warrants {mentioned above) as well as the fdr amounts of the two fdrs.

Sir/Madam,
I have been struggling to get my Jaypee Wishtown Garden Isles Noida apartment GDI-20-801.

I have already paid 95% of the cost and now there is no response or update on revised delivery date from Jaypeegardenisles authority.

Inspite of calling them, visiting and have used all form of communication, however no response. At least need written possession date for my hard earned money.

Please help!!!

We have (Joint with my wife) taken one unit in "Jaypee Buddh Circuit Studios Phase I on Yamuna Expressway" in 2013.
Since two years no demand has been raised so we have personally visited the site. No construction work was going on there. As per their conversation with locals & JP Personals there is no hope to get the possession in near future.

I have 2 fixed deposits in Jaypee infra tech
1.No:56919 for Rs.1 Lac matured on[protected]
2.No:69321 for Rs.1 Lac matured on[protected]
I have already submitted the original FD receipts duly discharged thro'M/s Bajaj Capitals.I have not yet received the maturity amounts with interest till date.I am a senior citizen aged 69 years having severe leg pain and doctors advised for immediate surgery.
Please take necessary action to refund the maturity amount on TOP PRIORITY.

With reference to your appended mail, we completely understand your concerns and wish to appraise you regarding the current status of the company in which you have invested.
In the matter of Jaypee Infratech Ltd., an application was filed under Section 7 of Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 by IDBI Bank Ltd for initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP).
The said application has been admitted by an order dated 9th August 2017 passed by NCLT, Allahabad Bench and CIRP has been initiated.
Please be aware that CIRP is not a proceeding for liquidation rather a process to find solution for the current situation.
With the initiation of CIRP an Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) has been appointed by NCLT, with whom management of the affairs of the Company shall vest during the CIRP.
Accordingly, to consider the interest of all the key stakeholders, IRP invites the claims from various operational creditors, financial creditors and workmen & employees. In this regard, a public announcement has been made by the IRP on 10.08.2017 pursuant to which the claims shall reach the respective IRP latest by 24.08.2017. (Public Announcement attached herewith)
Depositors, being the financial creditor of the Company, may file their claim(s) in Form-C .
The detailed procedure for filing the above-mentioned form is as follows: -

Step: 1-Download and print the attached FORM-C.
Step: 2- Fill in the requisite details.
Step: 3- Sign the form and get the same notarized.
Step: 4- Scan the duly signed and notarized form.
Step:5- Send the complete set of scanned documents viz. JIL Covering Letter, Form-C, proof of debt i.e Fixed Deposit Receipt, and any identity proof amongst PAN/Aadhar/Passport/Voter-ID at the following email ID: [protected]@bsraffiliates.com.

The claims are to be submitted only through email. No physical forms need to be submitted with ICR.

We can submit the claim after the due date also and that will be not be a ground for rejection.

I am Sheetal and i had booked one unit in Jaypee Aman 2 in year 2010 and was told possession would be given within 27 months. But it has already been 6 yrs now, I am not getting any updation from there side.

95% of the payment has been done to them at the time of booking only and I have taken a loan also on this property. EMIs are going every month for the last more than 3 years.

The concerned people of the organisation don't respond, everytime when I call them they put my call on hold.

Please friends help and advice me for this situation. I am planning to file a case against this developer . They made fool to thousands of people by committing false things. No work is going on there at site. And don't think that possession will be given in next 5 year more.

If there is any group on whatsapp or facebook group which is activated against this fraud. Please add me on that group.

No Communication (written or Verbal) on company's behalf as on date. I tried calling them many times but they keep call on hold for long and when I went there, nobody was ready to meet. From reception, I got information that the project will be delivered in May'16. But they all are lying, my hard earned money is wasted. I hope, I will be getting some help through this channel.

Despite several emails, personal visits, highly unethical behaviour and not refunding the money a sum of about 20.50L approx. It is almost one year now and still the refund has not been made, met with their GM, the owners Gaurs and they are saying they do not have money to pay. Menawhile they have taken all the original documents from us stating that they will pay within 6 months. But now it is more than one year they have still not paid. Pleas do something to ensure payments as there are many people who are suffering due to the callous attitude of the developer.

I have booked flat in in Wish Town project of Jaypee Infratech, Unit Reference No: GD[protected]Garden Isles).

I have been following with them but with out any clarity on the possession .I was supposed to get possesion in April'16, however there is no sign of this & also no response to my mail sent to them .They are talking about penality which is pittance (Rs5 /sq ft ) .Request you to get this immediately taken up with Jaypee Infra .No one comes on the phone & if some times anyone attends there is no proper response.

Please take this issue with them

My fd # fdr45434 (maturity date : september 30th 2015), is well past the due maturity date.
However jp infra. has neither paid back the dues nor has reverted to my queries.

I understand the co. is not among the best of finances, but at the same i hope the owners of the company will keep up to their promises and the faith of its investors.

Forum members - please suggest a way where in we can unite and take a collective action to recover our hard earned money.
