JBL Soundbar 5.1 wireless speakers
Very worst product, customer care services. Services centers only call for closing of complaints. Better not to buy JBL product.
It's a fake news of it being a brand company and providing quality product and services.
In three months of purchase issue had started and till date suffering
Issue:
I had brought JBL wireless sound bar speaker after 2months of purchasing the speaker was not working, then it was sent repaired after a month. Again 2nd time same issue occurred within a span of few months and was repaired and sent back after a month. Again for the third time same issue has occurred and I asked for replacement or refund the company said they don't have policy of replacement or refund rather they would repair the product. But none of the technician arrived to sort issue later I got call from Bangalore JBL service center stating product is not under warranty and I wil have to do a paid service. But I said since problem occurred every now and then I asked for replacement. But now they closed complaint without my knowledge stating customers looking for replacement or refund. What am I supposed to do?
* on the second service I received a damaged product from Bangalore service center and later I got to know from customers care tht such products are not supposed to be couriered. The technician must come to place and rectify it. I have sent the photos of damages to JBL service center but none responded.

This is to complain you regarding jbl product jbl 3.1 speaker which stopped functioning within 8-9 month and remote stopped working just after 1 month of purchase.
We have contacted jbl so many times but didn't get any response. It seems after sales service is worst for jbl product.
Neither do we rec any mail or call to confirm whether our complaint is resolved. Simply jbl close the complaint without even inquiring their customer.]
Such a pathetic service jbl offering.
This is again a complain to look into my matter and hoping to rec. A courtesy and sincere effort from your side to look upon my grievances.

I ordered jbl headphones worth of 699 rs on 18th oct 2019, now it is 27th jan 2020, i didnt received neither product nor money.i called customer care more then 50 times, everytime they are telling me to wait 48 h, they are telling their policy will not allow to refund and they are telling that we will investigate and we will see for refund, it is their responsibility to deliver product but they are telling in different way, they are stating that we dipached our product, response is worst, this is worst experience through online till now. So friends i request you to place dont place order from JBL online instead go for amazon or flipkart, they will give wonderful servic, instead of jbl go for boat, they are best in class interms of quality, bass and noise cancelling.

I purchased a jbl bluetooth earphones in oct'2018. Had issues with it twice and i received a replacement for the same & this is the third time i'm again facing issue on the product which is out of warranty right now. The customer support fail to give any support as it is out of warranty. The first time "volume up" button was not working and the second time one side of the earphones was not working which was replaced by the team. But right now again the volume up button isn't working.. A branded company cannot manufacture such a bad product. I'm so fed up with the jbl product. One of the worst company ever.

I have purchased a jbl bluetooth from flipkart shopping centre dated 08/10/2019 but we received jbl bluetooth dated 23/10/2019. We were using from one month.in bluetooth one speaker is faulty (One speaker sounds in very good condition but other speaker sounds is very very low) in a few days. So i want to rectify or replace our bluetooth.

On 20th may 2019, i had purchased sb 150 cinema product and within a span of 4 months sub woofer got dead
And stopped working. I reported a complaint on 23rd sept 2019, and since then i have been literally crying and
Asking out for help. After one month later i. E around 25/26th oct 2019, technician came and took my device to the
Service center and till yesterday i had no clue when i could get it back!!!
Once again (Like ~50times) i tried to call them today and got to know, will be repaired by first or second week of december.
Dear jbl india, is this my mistake to purchase your product and crying to get device repaired at the cost of 3months!!!???
Why am i suffering??? Do you have any answers to it??
I have few concerns here,
1) have you mentioned any thing with your product, as if some thing goes wrong jbl will take months to repair this
As its a retired product???
2) ultimately i am the one, who suffered for 3-4 months without using it, am i going to get warranty extended???!!!
3) if you dont have same product for replacement, why dont you replace it with some other device with same range.

Highly disappointed from JBL.Purchased headset product from Dubai duty free airport, requested the service center to track the bill via bar code they refused it and were very rude, when I called at the helpline number they refused to support and said that there is no warranty in India for product purchased from dubai custom free airport

Jbl ka service accha nahi hai. mera soundbar sb 150 (4 month) me band ho gaya aur complaint karke bhi koi response nahi de rahe hai. 2 days me ho jayega bole the. Aaj 1 month hua abhi tak nahi hua repair. Abhi call nahi utha rahe.

I purchased jbl cinema sb350 on 26th october 2019 online through in. Jbl.com.
I received the product on 5th november 2019. The person who delivered the product informed me that technician for installation will come on 6th november 2019.
On 6th november 2019 nobody came. I called jbl support and they schedule the technician's visit.
Technician from onsite came on 8th november, they opened the sealed product and tried to install it for 3 hours, later they informed that the product is faulty.
I called jbl support on 8th november and asked for refund as they product is faulty.
Today is 11th november, i called jbl support again and they said that i will not get the refund.
The faulty product is still with me.
Kindly take the product back and refund my money.
Surprisingly, jbl doesn't have their own support, they send people from onsite.
I really had a bad experience with jbl, please take the product back and refund my money.

I have sent my on warranty for repair. These harman support havent sent it back yet. I have sent my product on 23 aug 2019, and now its been more than two months. And there is an employee named venkat who screams. Dumb person.
I have called harman support numerous times but nothing have been resolved. For the past two and a half months i have been heckled by harman support and their staffs. My product was sent to the gurgaon service center. And harman customer support has made a fool of myself. A big no feedback to anyone who ask me to purchase a jbl product.

I took jbl bar 5.1on 24th April but after some days the woofer stopped working I registered complaint on 6th August I am calling them everyday to send technician to home but they are not responding simply telling wait wait

3 months before jbl has launced an offer in tieup with cashkaro where if we buy any product above 600-700 rs we would get cashback in cashkaro of 300 rs.
Problem is jbl is playing a dirty game. Jbl doesn't send any delivery confirmation male and on their wdbsite also they still mention the status of product as shipped in place of delivered.
As status of product is still in shipped mode, cashkaro cancel my tracked cashback and asking me the proof of delivery confirmation and order history of product.
How can i give them proof of confirmation when the jbl website itself showing the product in shipped.
I want the jbl to give me delivery confirmation and change status as delivered on their website.

I order a jbl product and its one of the earphone not working .please return this project . i will sue in consumer if you dont replace it . i order on 29 august 2019 from flipkart.
I ordered blutooth speakers a week ago upto now there is no response at all from them .when i am contacting them that contact numbers are fake, this company shipping process is worst worst .amazon flipkart are 100% better than official website shoppings.

As I booked JBL ear phone on 18th August because of some issue I cancelled it on the same day but amazon service processed it after four days and they sent the amount for camera bank company and I contacted them also I dint get any proper service from canera bank customer service

Ordered jbl speakers which were defected so had to get them replaced so sent to customer care gurgaon. It has been a month and we haven't got them back. Sometimes they say its out of stock and sometimes they say say they have logistics issue. Had to wait on call for like 15 mins and they don't even get back on call. We have been calling them since so long still haven't got our product back. Pathetic service, ridiculous products.

It's been a month since my soundbar is not working & now i am really FRUSTATED with the customer service which JBL has been providing here. Bought a jbl 5.1 soundbar in jul 2018. The soundbar started having issues with bt connectivity and bass unit connectivity in around april 2019. I put a complaint with harman jbl in may 2019 regarding the same and they diagnosed that pcb is faulty. It has been more than 2.5 months now and they are still waiting for pcb to arrive. I have had several calls and multiple emails to them but no use. Such pathetic after sales service.

I bought jbl speaker in january and after a week i faced an issue with the bass unit of the speaker and raised a complaint and they told me tat they would get me a technician visit and after been calling them many times they sent me a technician after 2 months and he told me that there is a fault and would replace it soon and till now they not resolved this issue and i have been calling them daily and they were telling me that the unit is not available kindly wait for some time and my warranty of the product is about get finished and they were cheating with the fault products in the name of warranty.

defective partybox 300

Had purchased the jbl partybox box 300 from croma stores in goa on 9th may 2019 since it wasnt available in stock the billing was done and delivery was provided after 3 days. During purchase i had clearly asked the sales person with regards to warranty and replacement and was informed that there would be replacement warranty provided if product was defective. The next day of the product being delivered we left for 3 weeks vacation.
When we returned and started using the speaker we noticed the speaker volume would automatically drop requiring it to be increased manually as there is no way to remotely control the speaker. On our next visit to croma we informed the same sales person we had made the purchase from about the issue we had been facing and waited for some response but when we didnt receive any response from croma we decided to contact jbl directly and hence called the customer helpline number and logged my complaint.
The technician visited and said it needed some software update and post that the issue would be resolved however right after the software update the issue still cropped up. The technician requested to try the speaker for a few days and if the issue persisted to let him know. The following sunday (We normally listen to music on sunday as its a holiday) we were listening to music again on the speaker when the same issue persisted i immediately informed the technician who asked me to contact the customer service helpline and log the complaint.
I logged the complaint again and then the technician said he would require to take the speaker for testing to the workshop and he would update me. The next day i contacted the technician and was informed that the issue was indeed there and the company has suggested a motherboard replacement which would take 25 days. I informed the technician that i am not interested in a repaired piece and demand a replacement since this seems like a major repair which was going to be performed requiring to take the speak apart. The technician says jbl has a no replacement policy and its mentioned in the manual to which i told him i was informed it would be replaced when making the purchase the product was delivered after 3 days so obviously i wasn't aware of the no replacement policy of jbl as i have made the purchase on the recommendation of the sales person.
Speaker was collected from my residence on the 10th of july 2019 and now its been 8 days since the speaker has been taken and there is still no update on the same.
I don't understand how can a product worth 30, 000/- not have a replacement warranty especially if its a clearly manufacturing defect. Or is jbl treating india market as a market to off load their sub standard and reject products???

On our next visit to croma we informed the same sales person we had made the purchase from about the issue we had been facing and waited for some response but when we didnt receive any response from croma we decided to contact jbl directly and hence called the customer helpline number and logged my complaint.
The technician visited and said it needed some software update and post that the issue would be resolved however right after the software update the issue still cropped up. The technician requested to try the speaker for a few days and if the issue persisted to let him know. The following sunday (We normally listen to music on sunday as its a holiday) we were listening to music again on the speaker when the same issue persisted i immediately informed the technician who asked me to contact the customer service helpline and log the complaint.
I logged the complaint again and then the technician said he would require to take the speaker for testing to the workshop and he would update me. The next day i contacted the technician and was informed that the issue was indeed there and the company has suggested a motherboard replacement which would take 25 days. I informed the technician that i am not interested in a repaired piece and demand a replacement since this seems like a major repair which was going to be performed requiring to take the speak apart. The technician says jbl has a no replacement policy and its mentioned in the manual to which i told him i was informed it would be replaced when making the purchase the product was delivered after 3 days so obviously i wasn't aware of the no replacement policy of jbl as i have made the purchase on the recommendation of the sales person.
Speaker was collected from my residence on the 10th of july 2019 and now its been 8 days since the speaker has been taken and there is still no update on the same.
I don't understand how can a product worth 30, 000/- not have a replacement warranty especially if its a clearly manufacturing defect. Or is jbl treating india market as a market to off load their sub standard and reject products???

jbl 2.1 sound bar

I purchased a jbl sound bar in april 19 and within a month the sound of the sub woofer started distorting, on 25th may 19 i complained about it, twice the technicians visited and checked the sub and found that the speaker is defective and need to be replaced (On 04june 19, after that there is no news from jbl though been continuously calling them and mailing them. Their seniors are so seniors that they do not talk to customers (Seems they are helpless too), below are the few request no's i am mentioning though the actually list of complaints is much longer

I had placed an order on[protected] at jbl online and received the product on[protected]. Product which was received by me as on the mentioned date is defective. I have lodged the complaint to customer care forum, jbl and the same defective product has been collected from me on 22.04.2019 for rectifying the problems. It is pertinent to mentioned here that the matter is pending since 03 month and the no any solution/ resolution made from jbl side and the same is pending. I have not received the product or refund to till date. So i humble request you to please look into the matter and take the needful action accordingly.

My JBL Playlist is hanged and it has gone in COMMA. I just haved played it for 5-6 times. No button is working. Harman (JBL) support doesn't help me at all. They play much important role in playing with your mind and wasting time, just giving fake statement that their technician is going to arrive in next 48hrs. God knows how many hours they consider in 48 hrs. I waited for do not know for how many days. It's one of the bad experience. Later, I spoked to senior support executives, he told me either visit to nearest service center (which is 200km) or send it to Gurugram through courier, for that you have to pay from your pocket and wait for 15-20days. Horrible experience, got trapped on brand name. I could be much happier buying, road side local speakers. I don't have attachment with those local speakers. I think if it continues then BAD days are on the way. Customer like will never buy or recommend any JBL products. Especially sending product for service center in Gurugram.

I have purchased JBL Bluetooth on Amazon. After 6 months Bluetooth speaker is not working and request for replacement to jbl. I courier my Bluetooth to gurgoan address on 11th for April 2019. Today is more than 2 months but no response from JBL. I follow up with him alot and now I can't tolerate more. I want my money back. Worst and third class service of JBL.

I purchased jbl T-110 earphones from amazon... When I faced problem they replaced it but second time they can't take my problem seriously... They said me to damage earphones physically and send picture and invoice image... But they can't helped me my product is under warrenty... Help

I am sumit parashar my registered mobile number is [protected] contact at you on 14 April 2019 for my jbl flip 4 today is 29 may 2019 and there is no information about my product relative problem is solved out and i also talk to your senior supervisor mr venket he also tell a lie to me . And do not give any proper information about my product. The waiting limit of a customer is out of control and my trust on your jbl is taken out i purchase my product on 15 march 2019 and i use it only 22 days and in customer care is about 45 days i can't tolerate anymore so i want my money back or my product before 5 june otherwise i go to consumer Court and file a case on your Harman and also give. A bad feedback of your products in the market .
