I got battery complaint with my jbl flip 4 speaker within 3 months of its purchase and speaker totally turned useless since it could not even get a minimum charge to get started.
Harman/jbl collected the speaker from me for repair and said that it will be returned in 10 days, now it's more than 45 days and no updates.
When called at customer-care they always have only 1 answer, that is 'part unavailable'.
Can you believe it???
It's a shameful service form jbl-harman and this is never expected from giants like them. I mean how can they go out of parts and can't they procure the required parts in at least 1 month.
I have no idea what to do. At least give my speaker back so that i could get it repaired from any local shop nearby.
Or give me the money i will go with some other brand.
Had raised several complaints with harman and there is no resolution. People at customer care either disconnect my call or stay on mute. Customer care is completely useless.

    I purchased a jbl c50hi blue headphone from amazon on 14 january 2019 product order no.[protected] and after 15 to 25 days headphone not proper work and product under warranty period then i contact jbl customer care [protected] and they told me that product courier to jbl service centre, service centre address: flextronics technologies india pvt ltd, 302, phase 2, udyog vihar, gurgaon, haryana - 122001 for replace and i was courier product on 01 march 2019 but no response about my product till now. I have many time ask about my product by call and email but no reply from costomer care.

      I have bought jbl flip 4 last year, in december i faced battery problem in this, as my flip 4 is under warranty so i give for repair to ur customer support centre "harman service centre, nehru palace" after dis they are making a fool o[censored]s by saying that it will be repair by next week, as today is 20th march ie. 3 months & we have not got our product back, so pls its a request to u, kindly issue refund to us of this product or handover a new product as soon as possible

        I ordered a set of wireless ear plugs and headphone from moody bazar but what i got was so annoying that they delivered a # wired headphone at my place. And when i searched from them a got a bunch of negative reviews that there are so many who are facing the same problem, cheating your costumers and just making money is not a good way to grow, in the end i just want to say if possible then deliver my original order or other wise just take back ur # headphones from my place and transfer my cash back to me.

            I had purchased product from phonewale on dated 11.01.2019
            After purchasing of product within 3 days (15.01.2019) product stop working (Connectivity issue). I had submitted product for replacement at workshop (16.01.2019) located on c. G. Road ahmedabad. Till date i am not receive product (No replacement after 7 days). I paid for my convenience not for suffer. I faced too many difficulty without product because i am frequently caller.

            When i asked for refund they people not ready to refund or not provide me product.

            Such a third class service or company policies

              I have not received the all product they mentioned at the time of n I also can not connect with customer care service... So please refund the amount ASAP because its large amount I have paid for the product bt what I get, very disappointed bcz as there is no headphones with speaker as they shown during their offer... N delivery boy also said that product can not b unboxed, really very shameless, I will complain in court... I[censored] do not return my amount which I paid...

                    I boughtjbl bluetooth earphone tune160bt 2 month ago from flipkart it suddenly stop working after 4 days and when i try to contact customer care number it always unreachable or switch off. And when i get a no to call the customer care executive says that this product is not in stock and u have to come to gurgaon for replacement there is no courier service i want my earphone to be replaced with in 5 days or i want my money back.

                      I bought JBL SOUNDBAR 2.1 through reliance store in Vizag on 5-Nov-2018 within 10 days from the date of purchase product is not working.I contacted the JBL customer services times till now I didn't get resolution.E very time when I cal to customer service they use to tell will get back to within 48hrs. As of now its been around 50 days.
                      I have the number Vijay(manager) [protected]. This guy is not even lifting the cal from the past 20 days.

                        I ordered tune160 earphone but when i got i found it has no extra 3ear tips (Buds) which is mentioned in the box so i complaint about it 4 times via email and customer support and as it is 15 days longer but no action is taken on my issue and didn't reply my mails.                           Loved this product until a speaker driver blew and jbl/ harman refused to repair it. It's a common issue but they refuse to acknowledge that there is a problem even though there are hundreds of identical faults online. Their customer service advisors are useless and refuse to do anything to help. Utter scum. I will never buy jbl, harman, samsung etc products ever again.

Even having battery problem which only gives for 2 to hrs per day its very poor performs i have seen ever from jbl... Its very disponting to me... Even i will think to buy new product of jbl..                                 Took my jbl flip2 to fine one solutions, jayanagar 3rd block bangalore for repair on 09-oct-2018 as it was not charging. They quoted an estimate of 3450 rs to change mother board + battery. New jbl flip2 on flipkart is 3999 rs. Which # would pay 3450 rs to get old item repaired when new one is available for same price. I asked them to cancel the repair and return the item back. They charged me 350 rs as inspection charges which is outrageous. 350 rs to tell me that mother board is broken and battery needs replacing. They mentioned some chip is gone but since it cant be replaced whole mother board nees to be replaced. As a customer this has left me with a bad experience with jbl products and i will be sharing my experience on my social media platform.in future i will be staying away from jbl products and service centers. Shame on you for scamming customers in the name of authorized service centers.
                                Sir i ordered a jbl speaker its price was 1298. But today it delivered when i opened it, it was a local speaker. Now i wnt to return this speaker pls help me. I have no site name, no courier delivery no. I have only bill and deliver address which write on bill box. So its very difficult to contact anyone.

                                  There is a online shopping site called 'timemachine' posted an advertisment on various social media platform that there is a offer to get jbl wireless speaker and jbl wireless earphone at only rs. 1248. And this addcan still be seen on its web site 'timemachine99.com'.

                                  But what it deliverd is complitily fake.in the name of a world class brand jbl it delevered me a futile speaker (Called fd-1), wich will merely cost not more than rs.150.

                                  I ordered my product on 25th september 2018 and received the courier at 29th september by blue dart.

                                  I want my money...
                                  bro am also facing the same issue yesterday they delivered the local speaker and earphone

                                    I didn't know that jbl is such a useless company. I bought a pair of jbl earphones from amazon and they stopped functioning properly just after a month of issue. So i claimed for warranty and couriered my earphones on september 8th and now it's october 1st and i still haven't received my replacement yet. I called the secunderabad service centre a number of times and they keep providing me with the same old pathetic reply that they don't have the stock yet. They initially told me that i'd be getting the replacement within a matter of 15 days but now it has almost been a month and i still haven't recieved anything. I called harman customer care and they said that they'd escalate my issue and they never call me back to give me an update on my issue. It's like they are deaf to my complainants and don't give a # about my problem. The service is worse than pathetic. I really regret that i chose to trust jbl and bought those #ty earphones in the first place. I have wasted 900 by buying those. Many other customers are facing the same issue as i am with jbl earphones. If you guys give a damn about your customers then please call me on [protected] and give me a proper update. If you are not bothered by the products and services which you provide and want to only loot your customers and cheat them with your pathetic products then kindly ignore this message and ignore me like you have been doing over the past few weeks. Now i will leave this decision upto you. You decide!

It clearly mentioned that it’s one year warranty they why we did not get it. Even they did not pick call on toll free number even after 8-9 min. We r not that free.                                         Jbl has only 5 service centre in india..
                                        My headphones r not working since september. I contacted jbl through email. It's been one and half month, they r saying that they r looking forward to my complaint. Still i am helpless. No response from them since last 10 days. I don't know what to do. After sometime​ the warranty period will be over and they will raise their hands.

                                          I ordered a jbl charge 2plus speaker online from snepstore, which showed an original jbl speaker and all specifications to the point. After delivery the product reached me and was not what was advertised it was a cheap ripoff of the original even after showing original price being discounted... The jbl sticker was not in its place was on the mesh of the speaker, there is an SD card slot which shouldn't be there and the buttons are too hard to press, which compared to the original one I had was not the case. The advertisement showed the original price and slashed it to a 70% off with the discounted price highlighted and the pictures of an original jbl charge 2 + speaker.

                                                Purchased on 21st Oct 2016 and now from last few days their mice is not working suddenly now i need the solution by either replacing the product or repair.
                                                I tried so many places to complain about this issue on JBL as well as snapdeal but didn't found any suitable place better than here.

                                                  JBL...service center...cheaters...My flip 2 speaker stopped charging and sent it to service center. They said its physical demage and wont be covered under warranty.
                                                  2 months later same problem. I sent to service center and they are saying its physical demage again and wont be covered under warranty. This is really ridiculous.
                                                  There should be some warranty of some sort. They say that hyou are abusively using it, which is not true.

                                                  Felt cheated by JBL. Never buying it again.

                                                    My JBL flip2 which I bought from the flipkart website in August 2015 is producing crackling sound whenever I play music . JBL customer care says the products bought online are not covered under warranty. I spent 4000 Rs for buying these and they are of no use.
                                                    Now I have no option left but to contact you. Please suggest what should I do ?

                                                      I ordered a jbl amplifier with d order no [protected] and i got the repaired and fused amplifier . I even ordered a bass tube from paytm which was a fair deal. I went to the shopkeeper to fix the amplifier and bass tube in my car and he informed me dat your amplifier is fused as he showed me d fuses installed in the amplifier.. Then i told him not to do anything with the amplifier and its my request to please refund me the money and i want to send the amplifier back to the paytm

                                                        Hi I bought a "JBL Jembe BT Laptop Speaker" from Flipkart.com on October 2014, now the product doesn't work due to unknown reason. So when I took it to the JBL service center they denied my warranty claim saying that products bought online are not eligible for warranty.Its hardly been 5 months and the product is useless to me now. I have lost 3000 rupees on it. I feel cheated by JBL Please help me to get my warranty claim Thank you Regards Shad...
