I purchased a jbl bluetooth earphones in oct'2018. Had issues with it twice and i received a replacement for the same & this is the third time i'm again facing issue on the product which is out of warranty right now. The customer support fail to give any support as it is out of warranty. The first time "volume up" button was not working and the second time one side of the earphones was not working which was replaced by the team. But right now again the volume up button isn't working.. A branded company cannot manufacture such a bad product. I'm so fed up with the jbl product. One of the worst company ever.

Sir, I have ordered JBL make Bluetooth Speaker with free TWS earpods by online payment. I got a cheap local product in the package. I tried calling at customer care numbers but they are cutting off my call after a rings.
So I want to return it back to you.
Kindly provide me the procedure that how to return it.

I am purchased a jbl headphone from Beatrockz.com with amount 1599/-
i want to refund the product amount as soon as possible. please refund the amount immediately. Because the product is not compatible with my uses so i want to change please send my refund.
