Hi I bought a "JBL Jembe BT Laptop Speaker" from Flipkart.com on October 2014, now the product doesn't work due to unknown reason. So when I took it to the JBL service center they denied my warranty claim saying that products bought online are not eligible for warranty.Its hardly been 5 months and the product is useless to me now. I have lost 3000 rupees on it. I feel cheated by JBL Please help me to get my warranty claim Thank you Regards Shad Ummer

When I am tracking my package its shown that was delivered to me in hand and that I signed that the receipt
i bought a earphone of JBL from flipkart one side of the ear phone is slow. can i get exchange ?
My Jbl c100si earphones were not working, I sent it to Mumbai service centre of Jbl, now it's more than one month and I didn't receive my replacement. I called them and also contacted through email they are saying they are not getting product available in their service centre since one month. Now I am feed up by their excuses.
I want my earphones replacement
