Disgusting service response, jeep compass dead from last 10 days!!

I am doctor using jeep compass since last 1 year and my model is limited edition 4x4 dual color model diesel version.
Otherday my vehichle suddenly does not start. Hence had to leave the car at my residence and went in a cab to hospital. I called emergency service number and a person came in the afternoon, almost 5 hours later. He told that a battery is gone and hence replace it. Since its 1 year old vehichle i called battery personnel from exide professional people who checked and they also agreed that battery needs to be changed. Hence got battery replaced and to my utter atonishment the vehichle does not start again. Then called emergency service people from jeep service and the same guy who came in the first instance came and checked. This time he told you should not have replaced battery and should have asked a new battery from company. I told him why he did not tell me in the first instance for which he did not answer. He said battery usually should last for 3 to 4 years and hence company should take responsible for this. Now he checked the new battery and new one was ok. Vehichle still not starting. He checked the vehicle again for one hour and then told will speak to main service and get back to me. After that no communication from him niether from jeep service people. Before going this service person told some sensor issue and he will intimate the main jeep service center. He did not bother to intimate or jeep service people did not respond i do not know. All these issues took almost 5 days and i was going on a cab.
Now i personally call jeep main service fellow [[protected]] and informed the same. He was casual and did not take any responsibility of the issue going on. When i told that i will share this information and sufferring from the jeep service, he was casual and said you can go ahead. Even after these conversations no one bothered to call me from jeep service. Now my jeep is “dead”.
Never ever will suggest anyone to buy jeep products after facing this type of service. We owned other brands of cars but never such pathetic servi ce.in one year major issue and no one is bothered.

Dear all,

Again facing same problem of sensor the vehicle breakdown in same manner as previous .

Take it very seriously .. it’s really embarrassing every time . Need to take some serious action now regarding this.
