Jeep India — not providing tcs certificate for tcs deducted at the time of purchase | |||||
I had purchased jeep compass on 27.12.18 & tcs was deducted at the time of purchase by moharir autotrade pvt. Ltd., the dealer of jeep company in nasik but till date the tcs is not reflected in my account nor the company is ready to give the tcs certicate. I doudt the company collects tcs from customer but do not deposist it in govt. Account (Income tax dept), its is embezzlement of tax collect in name of govt and not depositing it. The due date for filling of i. T. Returns r 31.8.2018 but i am not able to take the credit of tcs collected from me. So please help me... Was this information helpful? | |||||
