Jeevan Saral — Received less amount after surrender policy.

I am undersigned sanjay bhagwankar sending this mail to you because i want to file complaints against lic for my (Jeevan saral surrendered policy). I had made several communications with lic but i am not happy with their reply.
Brief history of my case.
On september 2011 i had opened the lic policy (Jeevan saral) through one of lic agent mrs. Felomina at andheri branch my policy no. Is[protected]. I had regularly paid my premium of rs. 6125.00 till january 2020 i. E (8 years & 5 month) my total contribution was for rs.6125 * 101 = 618625.00
Due to some sudden financial loss and medical issue of my mother i had surrender my policy in the month of january 2020. But i was totally shocked after i seen my returned amount which had received from lic. I have received only rs.127171.00 after deducting my loan amount for rs. 354000.00 instead of getting amount of rs. 258500.00. I still do not understand how lic paid me lesser amount for rs. 131329.00. I have not included any type of bonus or money back amount in this policy.
My concern is whatever i had paid to them kindly return that much amount to me but they are refused to make the payments of my short amount.
I had send so many mail to them but whatever calculation they are given to me i am not satisfied so i am filling complaint against the lic.

Please consider my request and asap.
