Rakhi i call me jeevan jodi matrimonial center sent looking profile sent so fraud profile and fraud forward call talk me and say sent contact number not working
Payment first talk say me pay only 1000/ and second time say me your registration not and my senior say me payment more than 1100 pay so total 2100/pay and not responce me.
So me my payment refund me

I have been contacted by jeevan jodi matrimonial employee before one month, they send me 2 boys details and said they like my profile. From that i like one profile. Than they said if i will pay they 6000, than they will give me contact number, they will fix my meeting with the boy family. I told i will give next month.
Than everyday they were texting saying that boy family is asking. When will i pay and contact with the boy family. They said after doing the payment they will send me 8-10 proposal in a week and i can also check in there website.
On 6th march i paid them 6000 to there account through net banking. Than she create my i'd and password, she send me the boy family contact number. Next day i called to that number, no one didn't pick the call. Than i text to that employee number that number she has given is fake. She is cheating. Than i ask that girl to fix my meeting with the guy, which she has not done. She told she will send some more proposal, that she has not done. After getting the money they didn't give any service.
I called again on 9th march 2020, i ask them they doing fraud return my money, otherwise i will give police complaint. Than they send me one guy profile and contact number. I contact to that guy, he told he didn't register in jeevan jodi matrimonial, he didn't pay them any money, but they have given him my number without any payment. But in there website they have mention this is one way service, without payment we can't get other party number.
Than again i check there website, in that only 5 to 6 profile, in that only name and age is there, candidates company name, designation, qualification is not mentioned.
I checked my profile, in that it is showing free account, but i paid them 6000 rs. They are fraud company. They are cheating people in the name of match fixing.
Now they are telling they will not refund my money and they will provide service, but they are not giving any service till i contact them. Before when i didn't pay everyday they use to call and ask for payment. After doing the payment they are not calling. This is proving that they are fraud and cheating people.
Before me also they cheated somany people.

I request you to take serious action against jeevan jodi matrimonial, so that in future they can't cheat anyone else.
I need my 6000 back.
If you will not take any action than they continue this fraud business.

I got a call from anmol sapkal from delhi... Few days ago i have registered myself with jeevansathi.com... I think that has made a fake profile there... From where he took my details... N then called me about a marriage prospect... Then he asked me for 3000 rupees to register... When i checked online to ensure myself if it is a fraud i found a similar complaint... Kindly take strict action on my complaint or i will go to consumer court for breaching my privacy...

I got a call on 24th feb from jeevanjodi matrimonial from "anmol sapkal". He asked me for my whatsapp number then he send me some pics of a guy for marriage purpose. Later on he asked me 3000 rupees for registration fee. I denied to pay and after this he started abusing me in a very bad way. I tried to call him but he disconnected my call and blocked my number.

I have been contacted few weeks back from jeevanjodi (Jeevanjodimatrimony.com) by a their employee named "sapna", "rahul". He showed some profiles of few girls for my daughter for marriage proposal. He mentioned that these families like my daughter's profile and asked us to pay certain amount in order to get contact number.

We paid the amount, and we got the number too of parent of a particular boy, we liked it. However, after contacting them several times, we found that it was fake profile and we have been miss guided by their employee just to fetch some amount. We never been contacted by families who was earlier very much interested in my daughter's profile before payment, according to sapna and rahul. And now, even jeevanjodi team isn't providing support what they promised before.

Before paying amount, they allow us to spoke to boy family through conference for confidence about authenticity. But after payment, we realised that it was one of their people who acted as parents family. They are very cleaver in giving you the confidence in them, and even if nothing happens, they will. We realised later that family contact no. Given later was fake, of different state, and never responded again to us.

Last time, i spoke to their employee was on 25th jan 2020 where they mentioned they would come back on same day. But they hasn't contacted us since then.

I have been contacted by a lady named sucitra over phone for marriage of my son. And she also posted 2nos. Girls photos and tried to convinced. Finally my wife convinced and we paid online transfer of rs. 3000.​

For sure this is fake and it is a scam, kindly escalate urgently and find out why your information is leaked out? ​

Your employees have been contacted to me few weeks back from jeevanjodi (Jeevanjodimatrimony.com) by a their employee named "neha" and "sapna". Mobile no. - [protected], both employee talked to me with this same mobile number which i have mentioned. She showed some profiles of few girls for my son for marriage proposal. She mentioned that these families like my son's profile and asked us to pay rs.5100.00 amount in order to get contact number and meeting with her family members.

We paid the amount rs 5100.00 on dated 10.10.2019 to jeevanjodi through imps which reference id[protected], and we got only one mobile number of parent of a particular girl which named anika singh d/o alok singh from delhi, which we liked. However, i spoke to girl's father who was fraud, girl's father name was alok singh (Mob.-[protected]) who was fraud, i found that it was fake profile and i have been misguided, cheated and fraud and consipiracy by your employee which name as neha, sapna, and alok singh included for fetch amount of rs. 5100.00. I never been contacted by families who was earlier very much interested in my son's profile before payment, according to neha and sapna. And now, even jeevan jodi team isn't providing support what they promised before.

Before paying amount, they allow us to spoke to girl's family through conference for confidence about authenticity. But after payment, we realised that it was one of their people who acted as parents family. They are very clever in giving you the confidence in them, and even if nothing happens, they will simply push the blame of girl's family as if jeevanjodi is did their job by giving contact no. But family is later not interested. I realised later that family contact no. Given was fake, of different state, and never responded again to us.

Last time, i spoke to their employee was on 13th october 2019, where they mentioned they would come back on same day. But they hasn't contacted us since then. We also convey on whatsapp ([protected]) to neha but we did not get any respond from neha after 16th october 2019.

I have paid 5100/- on 11th june, 2019 to following bank account detail provided by neha and sapna (Both of jeevanjodi matrimonial employee).

I lost my money, and request every one not to fall for such online business.
They will say the beautiful girl's family likes your profile, and then they will give your confidence by allowing you to speak to their fake family in conference, only to realise after payment that it was a brilliant strategy to fetch money from their clients.

The ladies staff sitting in call center office first call and send fake profile by whatsapp & email. Then they will ask for sending money in their a/c. When money got transfer, they will block your number and make it divert to not take any call from customers. The case is genuine and urgent. No bride /groom and no shaadi. The ladies staff make joke of seeking people hope. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and took the culprit and their gang. Kindly take serious action.

As discussed with her i have deposited a sum of 2501rs in their account through phonepe app. After depositing money they're not responding to my call etc. So please take a serious action against this fraud company and help me in returning back my amount as soon as possible. I shall be highly grateful to you.

Few days back a girl called me saying she is from jeevanjodi matrimony & has got my phone no & mail Id by chance in their mail box and contacted me asking for giving matrimonial services. I had not registered in their website and not even heard about such a site. Then she tried to ignore my questions whenever asked where did she got the contact details and tried to convince me to get their service. She mentioned their office is in Rourkela, Odisha. I was not interested but she convinced me to see some of the profiles they have and sent 3 really good profiles through whatsapp as my whatsapp no was same. Then followed up regularly and asked me for registration. For getting the contact and other details of the profile 1st she said to pay 5000/- . Then followed up and even agreed to take 3000/- when didn't listen to her.
I haven't heard about the matrimonial site before so I couldn't be convinced with what ever she said.
After few days of her follow up I offered her to do the registration and even to get the paid service as Rs. 3000/- is really less than the charges of other popular matrimonial sites.
I msgd that girl asking details about the registration process and asked for the details about the profiles.
I could see her online that day and in next few days, but she didn't reply.
Then it seemed strange but I went for the registration where I found hundreds of reviews by people claiming this a fake matrimonial site and how they have been bullied by the employees of this company, at first tricking them by sending very good eye catching profiles, then taking the advantage of their gullibility, give them random bank accounts to pay for the service and once paid slowly ignoring them.
Not only this today and before few days random people are calling me asking to share details as they demand that they have paid to a girl from jeevanjodi matrimony who have shared my contact details in return.
These people are spreading nuisance like hell and using the contact details of people who have been once in contact with them to random and far from people in exchange of money. Even last few days I got to know that a girl from that company is calling my father and asking money in exchange of sharing contact details of profiles or of whom so ever.

My family has registered in Bharatmatrimony & in Shaadi.com previously as we are looking for alliances.
But not in any jeevanjodi matrimony.

I request to find out the people who are spreading such nuisance and sharing contact details without our knowing to some random people in exchange money and breach the privacy of the data given to them or they find out in what ever way.
I have till now no idea from where did she got my contact and now my father's.
Please help us saving the privacy of the details and contact no or other information spreading and being used by that company to trick people and share them in exchange of money.
