I did complained on 9th july 17 but company is not at all bothered to take it forward.
Pls find below my complain details as below.

Employee mrs laxmi from jamshedpur office contacted me 10 days before for jeevanjodi packege for inr 5000/-
I was not ready for such amount so she askes me to deposit 1500/- in advance and rest after marriage is finalized.
She commited for arranging conference call, meeting with the party and act as a mediator but she cheated me and didnt reply anything for last 1 week
I need quick responce on this need my 1500/-back as laxmi cheated.

Pls do it fast else i have to go for best level to resolve it and will also seek help from consumer forum against such company and will proceed legally

Kindly take prompt action on this.

Girl named archana with contact no [protected] contacted me through jeevanjodi. Later she sent me pics of some boys as well their bio data on my watsapp no. She told us if we submit rs 3000 she will make us talk to the groom family. So we finally transferred 300 rs to jeevanjodi account. She then gave us a mobile number of rhe one of the profile/groom we selected, telling its his mother no. When we called on that no. The lady who picked the call was so backward that she was not able to understand watever we were talking. We soon realised she gave us a fraud no. Guyss plzz nevr ever trust any call from jeevanjodi. These guys are fraud

Jeevanjodi matrimonial company not responsible & this is a fraud company. Is company ki employee new members banane ke liye bahut phone karte hi aur jhooth kehte hai ki customers se aapki profile ko bahut pasand kiya ja rha hi please aap member ban jaaiye fir hum us person se aapki baat karate hi aur mitthi mitthi baate karke customer ko faans lete hi & fir member bana jaane ke baad customer ke phone call ko baar baar kat kar dete hi & mujhe bhi unhone aise hi fasa aur mere 5000/- waste gaye aisi companies par case karna chaiye jo me karunga aur please mere rupee refund kare

This site need to be blocked and action must be taken, this is completely fraud company.
They use the same photograph with different names and re-write the details as per customers requirement.
They want the fee of rs7000 for registration.

There is girl name gudia mob: [protected]. Who calls and try to take your trust in.

Never entertain these fraudsters.

Strict action should be taken.

Hi i am the girl for whom my sister was looking for match. Once she saw one add in amar ujala meerut, parinaya sutra about jeevan jodi. One number was mentioned their [protected] sneha (Sangeeta). She provided her a very nyc profile on watsapp for whom no one can say no. She made her talk to grooms mother through conference call 16th aug'16. That mother said she liked my profile and everyone in family liked it so much. Everything was like wow. Then sangeeta on 17th aug said they are coming to us on sunday 21st aug but she will provide us their contact number only if we will tranfer 6000 rupee in their bhilai sbi account. We transfered the amount on 17th aug'16. On 20th when my sis asked her to check if they are really coming then she provide us grooms mother number which was continously going switched off. We argued with sangeeta that she is fraud they should have families alernative numbers as well then aftr so long she searched and provided us grooms father number. She said she spoke to his father he said they will call us theirselves for timing and all. But when we tried fathers number so many times we got no response from that number it was ringing no one picked and called us back. We told sangeeta that u are frauds there are so many complaints bout u on sites. She said no we are not frauds i will provide u more profiles i will make u settle somewhere. She provided us 3 to 4 profiles. We called one of them. Grooms father picked the call he told my sister that they are frauds we have not given my sons profile to them, they must hv took it from some other site.
So it proves they are jus making money by initially providing good profiles to attract money from people. Beware of these frauds. People dont complain about them just bcz no one will hear them for 6000 rupees. Just bcz people are not complaining they are widening their fake system and faking money on the name of marriages. Its a very recent case with us. People we request not to stuck with jeevanjodi they are fully frauds.

As a proof i have my payment receipt and voice recording of sandeep tiwari when he was dealing and making commitment with me for the services, that they were going to provide me, but they are denying now.

before being member they shown good profiles and all lies this laxmi was talking, she told ma'am be the member b'coz all good profiles are liking ur profile.when i had been the member no good service.they had cheated me.My money all goes in water.Please help me i want my money back..

Jeevanjodi marriage bureau in patna has cheated my family . initially they gave some details of grooms for marriage purpose and when selected 1 out of that they arranged a call with them and said that if we are wanting their address we have to submit Rs.3500, and we have done that but after receiving the amount they have neither provided with more grooms details nor are receiving the call. i just want to get back my amount which i have deposited.

The complaint is against above compnay.One of the employee namely Rinky Pandey from Allahabad (U.P)contacted me on my phone on 6th Sept, 2015 for help me in searching bride for my son in response to profile of my son sent to Jeevanjodi against their advertisment in Hindi News paper Amar Ujala.Ms Rinki Pandey sent me some profiles through mail to stating that the attached profile liked your son's profile and interested to meet you.I requested Ms Rinki Pandey to provide the cell nos of attached profile, but Rinki asked me to depoist Rs 3500/- to the account of Jeevanjodi, which I have depoisted through net banking to their account no.[protected] on 6th Sept, 2015 itself from my account at PNB.Confirmation of payment received was sent by Rinki to me.When I asked Rinki to proivde the cell nos of profile sent by her, she has provided three cell nos of those profile which are till today showing out of reach nor Rinki is lifting my phone now. More surprisingly the profile sent by Rinki was also sent some other matrimonial team with same photogaphs of girl but different name and different qualification.I have kept both the dcoumentry evidences with me which can be submitted on demand on any govt authorities.

They told they would speak to grooms family and will make contact between us and them. I have been contacted few weeks back from JeevanJodi (jeevanjodimatrimony.com) by a their employee named "Rahul". He showed some profiles of few girls for my son for marriage proposal. He mentioned that these families like my son's profile and asked us to pay certain amount in order to get contact number.
