Myself Ranjith C R.I have taken mobile protection plan from jeeves consumer service private ltd on 10/04/2022.
I have purchased Poco Smartphone from flipkart with jeeves mobile protection plan for one year.Complete mobile protection with CMFKHO[protected] & Claim id-CKCMO[protected].
In the month of june 2022.My phone got accident and its display was brocken. After on June 7th 2022, I have filed request to jeeves for claim support. Jeeves given me instructions and i was followed that instructions send the pictures of phone and cancelled cheque details through mail. After the verification from jeeves they given me one mail that will be verified same in 3 business period.
After 5 days one CS officer called me and he told that claim for smartphone approved and verified. After that i didn't get any support from jeeves. I have been contacted since june 2022.But, there is no proper support from jeeves.
I feel as if i have been cheated on it.
They commited the claim for screen damage of my smartphone.They are knowingly delaying the process. There are not giving proper clarity through mail. When ever i have contacted through mail after few hours they have been sent to me that they received document and i need to wait 2 and 3 more days for verification. Its too long now its exceeding two months. I will fight for this cheating process to customers. If we are again do this delaying process i never leave this issue.I will move legally.I have tried to communicated with grievances redressal manager through mail. But not responded.
