I had purchased an extended warranty from Jeeves for my Kodak LED TV purchased via invoice no: JVS/3/0436 on[protected]. The service was valid for the period 18th Mar 2023 to 17th Mar 2025.
My TV display has issues on 27th Aug and a claim was raised for repair. The TV was picked for repair and returned after 12 days on 10th Sep 2024. The next day on 11th Sep the same display issue was reported as the repair work did not solve the issue. The Jeeves team responded that my claim CLAFLK[protected] has been settled and case is closed.
I raised the issue again and after repeated follow-up the tv was picked up for repairs and a claim was registered on 19th Sep 2024 with claim no CLAFLK[protected].
I have been following up since then and there has been no response ever since. Emails sent have response that they will revert in 2 working days, I have contacted the service centre which assures of escalation and closure of the response in 2 working days. It has been more than 3 months and there has been no response from Jeeves. The communication from them has stopped completely and I have no escalation matrix to follow up now.
