[Resolved] Jeeves Consumer Services — As Per Flipkart customer support Jeeves delayed Tech visit for my Defective Asus laptop and now replacement is delayed over 16days

Why there was a delay in scheduling Technician visit with Asus where the replacement was requested on 4th aug. Flipkart support team mentioned Tech schedule is done by Jeeves and after checking with Asus it was raised on 14th aug so overall delay in replacement.
