I had purchased the TV alsong with extended warranty now since 15 days I'm following up with team no response everytime I call they just escalate and inform for 2 days then no response from team pathetic as want to spk to supervisor or manager they denied as they don't have access to transfer my registered no [protected]

    Dear sir/Madam This is regarding my (Case ID: FLRT-E3DWY6-9MAOJJ-TT9995-BP8QHNU) regarding Thomson LED TV purchased through flipkart along with extended warranty for 3 years no. CPFK[protected]. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue that I have encountered with my three-year extended warranty on my Thomson LED TV. I purchased this warranty from flipkart.com along with my Thomson LED to protect my investment and ensure that I have access to prompt and efficient repairs in case of any issues with my TV. Recently, I noticed many black spots on the screen of my TV which are increasing every day, and I immediately contacted flipkart.com to avail of the warranty service. The representative informed me that a technician would visit my home to assess the problem, and I was glad to hear that your company had partnered with a reputable service provider to handle warranty claims. When the technician arrived, he inspected my TV and accepted my claim. They found that the LED is defective and beyond repair. He informed me that the LED has manufacturing defect & was non-repairable and would need to be replaced. he also appraised the same to some executive after sharing he pictures & videos of defect and told that there is defect in LED and not repairable. However, to my surprise, the insurance executive online, who was handling my claim online denied the problem of black spots on the screen, stating that such black spots were not covered under the terms and conditions of the warranty. May be the executives are trying to avoid the warranty claim or flipkart has appointed persons without knowledge of policy term. I was extremely disappointed to hear this, as I believe that the black spots on the TV screen were a direct result of a technical issue & manufacturing defect and not caused by any external factors such as accidental damage or mishandling. I reviewed the terms and conditions of my warranty thoroughly, and to my knowledge, there is no clause stating that black spots on the TV screen are not covered under the warranty. I would like to request that you review my case and ask flipkart.com to provide me with a suitable resolution. I believe that the black spots on my TV screen are a legitimate warranty claim, and I would appreciate it if your company could honour the terms and conditions of the warranty and provide me with the necessary repairs or replacement for my TV.I rely on my TV for entertainment and work purposes, and the black spots are hindering my ability to use it effectively. If it helps, I have enclosed a copy of the warranty document that I received from flipkart.com. It outlines the terms and conditions of the warranty in detail, and I hope that it will clarify any confusion regarding my claim. I would like to thank you for your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to hearing back from you soon.

      I purchased Nokia LED TV and technician was assigned and installed the TV.
      During the installation, he advised me to take the extended warranty policy so we decided to buy the policy. Technician asked Rs.3700 for the policy so we gave Rs.3700 to the technician who asked us to wait 24 hours for the policy details.

      After 24 hours, I have checked with the company thru customer care service, technician didn't give the money to the company for buying the policy.
      He cheated us as well as the company. He is an expert in cheating than his work.

      I have filed one complaint thru customer support but there is no response yet.

        This is regarding flipkart order OD[protected]. I purchased complete mobile
        protection Policy Number:CMFKJL[protected] for my phone.
        due to accident, My phone screen got damaged and I am trying to avail the
        repair from Jeeves consume service but there is no response.
        I raised the request on 22nd March but they mentioned that chargeable
        amount is not correctly updated at their end as it is showing as 1500
        instead of 1000. they need 2 days to fix this post they will take the
        request.
        I have been following up with them from last 15 days but i keep hearing
        same from them.
        now, I feel cheated by this scam. I regret my decision of buying phone and policy from flipkart and Jeeves
        and policy from flipkart.
        I wanted to raise this concern over email as neither of the customer care
        (flipkart /Jeeves) are bothered to register this.

          My mi tv was delivered from flipkart two days ago. But installation has not been done yet which was scheduled on the next day from delivery. Why jeeves service is so bad? Even no one contact me yet. My service request number is FLIM-7OIYIO-3B1OKN-BQJ9FS-6KXF37K

              1. Purchased SANSUI FRONT LOAD 6KG washing machine on nov 2020 from flipkart
              2. Along with Jeeves complete appliance protectioj of 3 years.
              3. march 2023, the drum bracket called spider arm corroded and broke off leading to the washing machine unserviceable.
              4. Jeeves personel visited on march 4 2023 and said he ordered replacement and replacement is on the way.
              5. Now jeeves saying part not available stating they will refund 70% of washing machine purchase cost.
              6. I dont understand a 2 year old machines spare part is available?
              7. When i researched similar kind of failure in front loads, it is a common issue that manufacturers do that as a part of planned obsolescence
              8. Almost all front load WMs failed with the same issue. Broken drum bracket (spider arm) due to corrossion of spider arm because of drum is steel and spider arm is cast aluminium (two dissimilar metals).
              9. Almost all front loads drum brackets are of same condition.
              10. Now coming to the final verdict. I am not ready to accept the compensation amount told by Jeeves.
              11. I want my product either repaired by parts replacement.
              12. I want to know why manufacturers purosefully design it to fail.

                I ordered(OD[protected] a Toshiba TV from Flipkart on 17th March 2023 and Raised return request on 18th March 2023 due to there was a issue with the panel.

                There was no tech Visit from the Flipkart/Jeeves side. Calling daily and Still no response.

                For 4 days they daily send me a message for tech visit and at the end of day no one comes and they send a message we were unable to reach you.

                I call them daily to notify the Tech Visit guy to visit me daily give me "Not on your route."

                  16.02.2023- TV was picked up by Technician of Jeeves(Acknowledgement attached)
                  09.03.2023- TV was repaired by Jeeves and technician from Jeeves fitted the TV. (Message Screenshot)
                  12.03.2023- Email to Jeeves support for again issues in TV (My email on 12.03.2023 4:09 pm)
                  13.03.2023- Jeeves Technician from Jorhat, Assam Visited my place and blamed me for pouring water on my TV but i have only wiped the TV with cloth. They were blaming me for their failure to repair the TV.
                  14.03.2023- Jeeves email regarding taking up the issue and visiting of technician.

                  But till date no technician has visited even after 6 days. Only assurance for resoltion of the problem is received.

                  I Would like to request this forum to compel Jeeves to either repair my TV or refund my 80% of the value of the product i, e Rs. 24, 000/- immediately.

                      I have raised complaint on 4th March as my recently purchased xiomi tv is been damage. I have purchased extended warranty of complete TV protection. So my damage tv can either be refunded or repair.

                      On 6th March after paying Rs500 Jeeves services send their technician name shah Aalam shaikh. So he came and inspected the whole incident.

                      Then after that I have received one text message from them stating this:-

                      ""Dear Customer,
                      Technician SHAH ALAM SHAIKH (Call: Call [protected], PIN 121) has been assigned for REPAIR of TELEVISIONS (Case ID: FLRX-5U0FCN-TWUCV2-4USVKA-HSOBA7O). Please expect a call from him."

                      But no one called till date. To which I initiated mail request to them and from that day till now they are simply saying this that we will revert by 2 working days.

                      Its already been 10 days passed.
                      Kindly help me on this as I am getting frustrated a lot.

                        I have raised my complaint on 4th of March. Complaint ID :- JVS-708733

                        My recently purchased TV is damage due to accident of wall mount.

                        On 6th March they have send one technician after I paid 500 Rs to inspect the issue. On Sunday 12th March I received one message from them stating this :- "Dear Customer,
                        Technician SHAH ALAM SHAIKH (Call: Call [protected], PIN 121) has been assigned for REPAIR of TELEVISIONS (Case ID: FLRX-5U0FCN-TWUCV2-4USVKA-HSOBA7O). Please expect a call from him."

                        But I haven't received any call and this number is showing always switch off.

                        After that I send them mail on 12th March to which every time they are saying will revert after 2 working days. Today again they have send the same reply.

                          My Ticket id is still pending after so many call to Jeeves Help Line, They said your problem solve in 21 working days if not solve your problem we give you refund of your TV but after one month there is no solution and no call from their end.

                          I call daily to jeeves help line they always said sorry for inconvenience give 2days or 48 Hour your problem will resolve or refunds team will call you we accelerate your call/problem to our backend team but my problem is still pending.

                          NO CALL FOR REFUND OR SOLVE MY PROBLEM

                              I had purchased a television on 3rd September 2019 from Flipkart but the technican who came to installed a television was from Jeeves Consumer Services. So, i took the extended warranty from them. Now, the tv got damaged, it work well for 30 to 45 minutes in a day and it automatically get shut down after that. There was no any possibility to open the tv after that in a day. I have complaint to the Jeeves consumer service several times, but they only fool the consumer by saying that they will repair the tv as soon as possible. But i am facing this same issues from last six months, but not getting any solution from their ends. Technician is arguing that wiring is not proper in my house. But how it's possible, as other appliciances work properly well from last 15 years and also the other television work properly well in the same room. So, i am requesting them to repair my tv as soon as possible or refund 70 percent of the total purchased cost as per company policy in the 3rd year of the extended warranty. My television extended warranty is till 2nd September 2023. So, i request you to that necessary steps against the jeeves consumer services as soon as possible.

                                It’s been two consecutive days that #jeevsconsumerservice has failed to provide to installation and demo service of my newly purchased VU glo-led TV purchased from Flipkart. Moreover, their number provided is not even reachable. Such unprofessionalism should not be tolerated at all. If you cannot provide what you committed then don’t claim to give the services either. I demand immediate action.

                                    I am Sudha Kumari, I purchased Vu TV from Flipkart on 30/05/2020.
                                    Registered name- "Saurabh Kumar"
                                    Registered Mobile number- +91-72******48
                                    I have taken Complete Protection Plan for 3 years.
                                    My TV was not working and had a display issue, so I complained on 14/12/2022 to the "Jeeves Consumer Services center". From Jeeves Consumer Services center one technical person came,
                                    they have done some cleaning work on that time TV started properly, but after 15 minutes when they went again, that problem started.
                                    I again complained to the service center, and they did the same thing, as that happened 3 more times.
                                    Then I took action and told them to Take the TV and repair the TV, then they sent one member to take the TV.
                                    I gave the TV for repair on 14/01/2023, but till today I have not received my TV and not get any information.

                                    I wanted to tell you I am fed up with this Service center, They have not taken any responsibility.
                                    Furthermore, I already called many times and told them my scenarios, but no one responded properly and correctly.
                                    They have to return my TV on time, but still, they are not informing me anything.
                                    Whenever i will call they will tell, wait for 2 days, we will give refund but still not got anything.
                                    This service center is not at all good, and I don't like their process also.
                                    I'm suffering for the last one and a half months, they are not responding and not taking initiative.

                                    I request you to please take some action, and Please return my TV.

                                      I've raised a service request regarding huge noice coming from my Marq Washing machine through Jeeves customer care on Jan 3rd 2023. After 2 days one technician visited my house and told that they need to replace part, so that he asked time around 10-15 days. And charged 350/- for technician visit. After 20 days means around Jan 20th 2023 onwards technician not responding to my calls and in 1st week of feb he said he updated his status to customer portal and told me to check with them. I was keep on following up with customer care initially (1st week feb) they said technician received different product so he returned that and request for proper part. Now on Feb 13th I contacted customer support they are saying that damaged part is not dispatched from manufacturing hub. It's been nearly 1.5 month no proper response from jeeves customer care and the technician.

                                        Refund decreased stating, i didn't respond on time

                                        Refund (80% claim) message came as non repairable on

                                        6.1.2023
                                        Message with a number from which i will get a call
                                        I didn't get any call from that nember in both the days.

                                        Later raised compliant througn flipkart.
                                        Now as per the revised date the period of two years over by that time on 24.1.2023.

                                        They offered me only 70% claim
                                        When i enquired, jeeves told me as i am not reachable, it is considered as not agreeing the refund amount.

                                        How foolish!

                                        I said many times that i didn't deny the first claim of 80% yet they don't accept and said If I am not reachable means the refund is cancelable only.

                                        I asked if on the salary day, if you are not available then the employer can keep the salary with him as assuming that the salary is deined by the employee?

                                        But no resposnse from custmer care but just saying sorry sir but you only denined.

                                        But i didn't deny.

                                        My requirement as per the original claim only
