I have purchased extended warranty from Jeeves for my washing machine.
When I placed a complaint initially they were trying to send a technician. And helped with the part replacement which are approved. However they couldn't send exact part that suits my washing machine. They have been keep on saying we will send proper one. Now they closed the case saying product is not covered under warranty after 4 months.br...

It has been already 30 days since the technician has first visited to repair the tv and now after 30 days they say that they will provide a refund in another 15 days.

I raised a complaint that my TV got spoiled, technical person came and said that it can't be repaired instead Jeeves will refund you some amount but not full amount. Flipkart and Jeeves are such cheaters .
I have returned my defective TV to jeeves and now running behind them for a month to get the refund .
I feel hopeless to choose flipkart .
I have wasted around 4 months from my TV stopped working .
They took 2-3 months just to check if they can repair the TV .
It took so much time to initiate the refund, but they were very fast while picking up the TV .br...

I have raised a claim for the Complete TV protection plan I purchased with the TV.
Jeeves is not fixing my TV instead they contacted the brand. But brand warranty doesn’t cover accidental damage.
