We purchased a microwave from ifb from flipkart on[protected] and purchased additional 2 years warranty along with it from jeeves flipkart, which is valid from[protected] to[protected].
When our microwave suddenly stopped working on[protected]. We called jeeves several times but didn’t get any response from them. Then we sent our 1st mail to jeeves support on[protected]. On getting no positive response we followed up on the same mail on[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] and[protected]. Even after that we didn’t receive any positive response from jeeves apart from “we are looking into it”.
Then we made a complaint in social media platform (Tweeter) to flipkart[protected] and followed up on it[protected] and[protected]. Even then we didn’t get any positive response. Finally, after being chasing flipkart and jeeves for more than a month we called ifb and got it repaired for ₹2500 (₹2150 repair charge+₹350 technician charge) by paying from our own pocket despite having warranty.
Finally today on[protected], we got a call from flipkart saying we are working kn your complaint please provide us some more details and time.
