Claim ad[protected] the device was received at your service center on 22 july 2020
The device still remains at your service center its been over a month now even though the device is serviced it is not been dispatched
I would definitely not recommend jeeves to anyone
Rather just get it fixed at a local store

    Policy claim

    I bought a led tv on 21.06.2019 from flipkart with extended warranty of jeeves consumer services pvt. Ltd. It's order id-od[protected]. After a year my led has some problems so i claimed my policy on 24.06.2020. After arround a weak jeeves send his technician and check the problem and he confirmed to the jeeves and he gave me the commitment we will fix your tv problem within 15days right now we dont have part of this product we can...

    I had purchased Realme 5 phone from flipkart and also availed the complete protection plan from Jeeves Consumer services.

    Customer care :[protected]

    JPPOFFK2323055 is registration number and I created a complaint with reference ticket CMP[protected]( registered on 27th August 2020)
    They registered a complaint under non damage and informed me a pick up will be arranged in 4 hours. However to my surprise in the next call they asked me to pay 1000rs and send pictures of the phone. I instantly sent picture of the phone and even though there is no physical or any type of scratch, they took another complaint under damage section and insisted me to part 1000rs or take 3000rs compensation.

    These people are big time frauds and their customer and email support team is good for nothing. They are misguiding the customer and playing with words in order to harass the customer to the extreme. I have called them several time and they have been just telling me their manager who has authority will call me and that never happened. I requested on phone and email to give me higher authority number or email address or any other contact info, but these people are hell bent when it comes to customer claims. I will further register grievances with Flipkart for this harrassment caused to me and mental tension I am taking on my head because of this pathetic service provided by Jeeves.

      1} july 1st product stopped working
      2} after multiple attempts on 7th july claim get registered
      3} it reschedule again on 18th june.
      4} on 27th july tech visit done and service person said main board need to replace
      5} after multiple call email finally yesterday on 25th aug part arrived and still issue not resolved and now tech guy said other part also need to replace not sure what diagnosed he did at first visit. That too not sure that another part will solve this issue.

      Overall its closed to 2 months now again have to wait for another part frankly speaking guy dont have expertise to id issue.

      30 days service policy crossed, part still not available still they asking me to wait for part rather than providing refund.

        I have complaint for my led tv 9 july 2020 and 13 july service engineer came and request for repair part and now weekly call email for which time tv will be repair they part not available now 1 and half month for part pending. i have email call according if jeeves not able provide part refund amount but they make fals promise we repair system. they have not any system to repair they are just cheat customer take money for extended warranty. this type should block from and flipkart that type company promote cheater company

          Hi,

          With reference to below mentioned plan and claim id:

          I registered a complaint on 6th aug'20 related to my vu led tv and a technician was assigned to visit my home and check the issue. Technician visited on 8th aug'20 and i was told that he has registered a request with his team for the part that was not working and it will take 1 week. Since then i have not heard from these guys. I have been following up on email and calling their customer service everyday but everytime i get to know different things. Now it's been 3 weeks and issue still unresolved, i have informed flipkart team as well on 20th august but seems these guys are in the same boat. There branch office in hyderabad don't answer phone seems jeeves has updated incorrect information on their website.

            Date of the incident: 6th august 2020

            Full description: my laptop is under 2 years extended repair plan (Purchased from flipkart along with the laptop). I am following up with them since 6th august but the repair is still pending. They say that they will assign a technician for on-site visit within 48 hours but it has been almost 1 week since then and i am yet to see the technician. Multiple calls were made but resolution is still not in sight.

            Desirable resolution: technician should be assigned for on-site visit so that laptop can be repaired asap.

              Hello,

                  I have taken extended warranty for my mi tv. I have complaint regarding tv issue 3 months ago. Engineer came and checked the tv. Tv motherboard need to be changed. Company assure for refund. I requested for replace. Now they havr cancelled my ticket. I called so many times to reopen my ticket. I mailed them also. They are not responding.

                    The Vision star seller give me used POCO M2 Pro 6/64gb blue smartphone.I ordered this phone on 14th july 2020and I got delivery by seller on 28th july 2020.
                    In this 2 weeks long period they provide me used phone which is once returned by the another customer and when I request to replace, they intentionally late the technician visit two times and the replacement policy date expired. Now the flipkart saying that the seller denied to replace. In this way The Flipkart, Vision star seller and The Jeeves consumer service pvt ltd. doing fraudulent work and making foolish to customers. They looted me by 15, 000/- by giving used phone and advising to go for Mi service centre.

                      I have purchased extended warranty on 6th July 2020 from installation guy (Jeeves employee) he had given wrong commitments after paying the amount I received email from Jeeves with T&C . Once I looked into the T&C I realized that whatever commitments are given by the Jeeves are not met with the T&C. So I decided to cancel my extended warranty immediately called the customer care and requested for cancellation. After 2 days (On 12th July 2020) I received an email to send bank details to get refund. As per their request sent all my details. Till today (18th Aug 2020) haven’t received refund. Daily I am calling customer care and writing emails to them, but no one is responding to it. Please help on this.

                        I had raised a request on 13th july 2020 under complete mobile protection plan jppoffk2245452. Pickup scheduled on 18 july 2020 & picked up the mobile on the same date. More details to follow, registered date - 13 july 2020 registered mobile no. [protected] claim request - iw[protected] as per your policy mobile should be delivered within 10-15 working days from the pickup date. But unfortunately, it is not delivered yet. I had many calls & emails to support but no one can resolve my issue. Everyone asks to wait for 5 working days more, our backend team & responsible team will contact you. But already i waited for more than 1 month & the policy period, still, i haven't received any resolution for the claim request. I want my mobile back in repaired condition as soon as possible as well as i want compensation 10 times of product value for waiting more than the policy period and mental harassment, fraud, fake commitment. Please do the needful.

                          On August 4 i filed a complaint about laptop made 16 calls. Everytime they promised me that technician will contact you in 48 hours. This same reason was given to me 7 times. On August 15 one customer service representative told me to go to a physical service center in Mangalore if i needed it in emergency. It was another lie. I went there and i was told they wouldn't repair. Then next two representatives promised me that i will receive call from the manager in 2 hours . It was also a lie.

                              My iffalfon49f2a tv stopped working and claim registered. After 3 weeks tech visit happened and he place order of defective part. Its more than 3 weeks part is not available and total 1 and half month passed after claim registered.

                              Customer service dont have information when part is available

                              Claim team said same thing.

                              Support team reply that not able to repair will give you refund then again some other guy said part is pending.

                              Overall no one have concrete information and they are just playing with patience

                                    I claimed screen protection plan of "vivo z1x on 17th july 2020, on 18th july it was picked up by them.

                                    I was assure that my phone broken screen will be repaired in 10 to 15 business days as per your policy.
                                    I kept calling in that 10 to 15 days for updates but not received any proper response from them.

                                    Every customer care executive told me to wait for 2 days or 48 hours.
                                    Till date i have no call from them.
