I had purchased thomson 32"led tv from flipkart on dtd 28.10.2018 with extended warranty of 2 years. Now i am facing a problem in tv 'black screen and no sound'. I registered a complaint to flipkart and jeeves consumers services, till date no action from both. They replied in mail and asking more time due to technical issues. When i called to jeeves costumer care, same reply is coming and again asking time. Already 10 days gone and on action from jeeves & flipkart.

I humbly request you to help me to get my full refund of amount and take a action against them.

    This is regarding technical issue in my Thompson TV which had extended warranty in Jeeves. Technician checked the issue on 8th Aug and informed there was a main board issue. He raised new claim request in Jeeves. Claim request number EW[protected].

    Even after 30 days, we are not receiving proper reply from Jeeves. The service was very poor and unrealistic.

    Can you take action against the issue and help me to get replacement of my TV as per the Jeeves procedure.

      Dear Sir

      My problem with Jeeves and Flipkart is follows

      On the brand reputation of Flipkart we purchased Iffalcon TV in Flipkart and the company offered extended warranty for 2 more years for Rs. 3199/-. We trusted the company and taken extended warranty.

      Recently my product got display issues and we contacted the Jeeves and they told us they will issue refund 80% will refunded. and accordingly my TV unit was taken by the Jeeves on 08th August'2020 and the Jeeves has acknolwedged they received Unit and they will issue refund in 7-8 busiiness days. But till now they did not issue any refund and in spite they are keep on saying ticket closed and raise ticket.

      We contacted Flipkart on the issue and they are not responding and sayinig their team esculate the issue but till now not soloved

      Both Flipkart and Jeeves cheated with extended waranty and stealing products

      The honble authorities are requested to look into the issue and take action against both parties

        I had registered claim for mobile damage on 08th aug20 and payed an amount of 500 rupees for pick up of phone from my address. It should have picked up within 5 business days and i waited till 31st aug20. After making so many calls to customer care and emails, i received just one reply that your request has been forwarded to concern team when we will have feedback we will reply.
        Then i replied them, i have moved from roorkee to noida so please pick the mobile from noida now but i did not received any feedback on this. I still getting the same reply that we have forwarded your complaint and we will get back to you shortly.
        I have wasted 900 rupees till now but no response from jeeves. I got really frustrated with these guys. I have given them 2-3 options but they are not replying at all. This insurance was taken at the time of buying from flipkart.

          I bought vu television from online flipcart where extended warranty of 3 years from jeeves consumers services pvt ltd. I made required payments as well in oct-2017.

          Now i am facing issue in switching on tv from 29-aug-2020. Immediately i contacted jeeves and made complaint for the same on 30-aug-2020. The requirement information i. E. Flipcart invoice & extended warranty details were also submitted through email.

          I tried to followup over phone or email to address my complaint but the complaint is not yet addressed as of now. Inn ideal situation their tat is 48 hours. But it has now 18 days but resolution not done. I have made numerous escalations but there was no convincing reply received from jeeves. There is standard mail which received immediately after my emails. I have got 2 calls as well in this regards from jeeves. I have explained the problem and need to address this urgently but now further action has been taken.

          I am now helpless to resolve this issue as i cannot go out for repair as this will break the warranty and jeeves is also not responding.

          This is like mental harassment where i feel i am being cheated by jeeves.

          My vu tv is not getting switched on. It was working properly before 3 months post that we went to our native and came back yesterday. Now tv is not getting on. There is no damage or any other issue in the same.

          Please attend this complaint on priority. Attaching flipcart invoice copy and jeeves extended warranty in oct-2017 for three years.

            I have purchased extended warranty for iffalcon smart 55 inch android tv, it is faulty and i raised a claim. The engineer visited and said motherboard dead and they will replace the motherboard, 45 days passed but no news from them, jeeves customer service keeps on saying they need more time

                I purchased oppo mobile from flipkart with mobile protection plan it cover one time cover damage, full hardware and software support with pick-up and delivery free. I have clam may 16 2020 after they ask pay for time time 1500 then i have paid. But till now my not pick-up and not take action by flipkart and jeeves protection.

                  I bought the Oppo phone sometime in October last year with complete insurance plan. Phone got accidental damage so now I trying to claim.

                  Now these chor company - simply say me we have not received the documents, documents are unclear or insufficient documents.

                  These has happened to me for five times now, when I call them on call center number they say simple as

                  documents are in process and next day they reject it.
                  we have not received the documents.
                  your some documents are good but some are not clear.
                  sometime they say send in PDF
                  sometime they say send in image form
                  sometime they say send less than 2 MB

                  They do not allows us to talk to their supervisor or they do not reply to our query.

                    I had purchased a thomson tv b9 pro from flipkart and got it covered under extended warranty from jeeves with policy no. Jppoffk319615 valid till jun 21. My tv got issues in the month of jun 20 and i had reported the issue to jeeves on 16 jun 20. Since then they are delaying every service from registering complaint (Raising ticket) to technician visit for inspection of product. Finally one fine day in jul their technician visited and told that tv panel was needed to be changed and since the cost of display panel was more than the 70% of total cost of the product (Rs. 19, 999.00) jeeves agreed to refund the product amount. After applying their policy / formula for depreciation value they agreed to pay rs 13999.00 post the defective product pick up. Finally after so many calls and mails they picked up the product on 13 aug 20 and told me to wait for 7-8 working days for the refund, it is as per their policy. Now its almost 01 month since they picked up my product and i have not received my refund and i am not getting any response from them except one reply "sorry for the inconvenience, your matter has been escalated to concern". Its more than 03 months since i raised this issue and my claim has not been settled and it seems they are not in a mood to settle it anytime soon. I am forced to approach to you because of their unfair practice and unnecessary delay. Hope i will get a response and solution.

                      Hi team,

                      I have raised a complaint for my bpl washing machine not working fine. I have been chasing jeeves support team from 4 months & still there is no resolution for the same.

                      I have again & again given the product invoice & extended warranty invoice to different teams.

                      Finally the ticket was raised with ticketid 0g19ewknscs-2597930 on 20th july. The mechanic came & told me that some part is not working & will be fixed in 1-2 day.
                      After that i have only received 1 sms that my ticket has been resolved. Without resolving the issue they closed the ticket by themselves. And they didnt share the reason why the ticket was closed without resolution.

                      Since then i have already called many a times on support no.[protected]. On both the occasion i was assured that they have mailed to the concerned team & within 48 hrs the issue will be resolved.

                      Finally they raised another ticket on 4th august ticketid 0h4ewknscs-2743969. Which they also closed by themself and i received sms that service has been completed.
                      For which again i have to mail & call the support team.

                      Finally the complaint was register with ticket id 0h4ewkascs-2750321 and mechanic came to visit house on 5th august and told that a part need to replaced which he will replace in 1 week or 10 days.
                      Now its more than 1 month the support team is not providing any support. I have already mailed & called them several times. They have even not shared the escalation matrix even after requesting so many times on mail.

                      The warranty is of no use as i am not able to use this product from months. I want my machine to return & money refunded for the same.

                          I had raised a service request on 27th aug 2020 for my television purchased with jeeves extended warranty.
                          The service person was assigned on the following day and he had raised a ticket for the same.
                          I was informed by the service person that i will be receiving a mail within a week stating whether the company will replace the tv or refund the amount.
                          But i haven't received any mail.
                          It's been more than 10 days since i heard from the team.
                          I had called the customer care today (08th sep 2020) and i was informed by the executive that the product will be picked up from my place within 72 hours and post which the refund amount will be credited.
                          However i would like to receive an acknowledgement from your side regarding the status of the ticket and that the product will be picked up within 72 hours and post which the refund will be credited.

                          Still now i didn't get any response regarding my claim.

                            After 6 months my mobile touch stopped working. Than i have raised a complaint to jeeves (On 12 aug'2020) but i have waited for 8 days & pick-up was not done.
                            I have again called to customer care and they have raised the complaint again (On 20th aug'2020) and pick-up was done on same day & delivered to service center on next day.
                            After one i got mail from service center that there is a liquid damage in phone & i have to pay for repair. Since that day i have been chasing to customer care team every time they asking wait for 2 days. Every 2 days span i am calling but they are not giving any status of my mobile.

We had complained and technician came and said some part has problem and he never came back. Jeeves people does not reply to email or call. These should be banned.

                                Whenever iam calling they are simply saying, wait for 5 business days and they will contact you. Even though I am wait for some days, they're saying that, what can we do, if backend team is not responding.

                                    Claim ad[protected] the device was received at your service center on 22 july 2020
                                    The device still remains at your service center its been over a month now even though the device is serviced it is not been dispatched
                                    I would definitely not recommend jeeves to anyone
                                    Rather just get it fixed at a local store

                                      I had purchased Realme 5 phone from flipkart and also availed the complete protection plan from Jeeves Consumer services.

                                      Customer care :[protected]

                                      JPPOFFK2323055 is registration number and I created a complaint with reference ticket CMP[protected]( registered on 27th August 2020)
                                      They registered a complaint under non damage and informed me a pick up will be arranged in 4 hours. However to my surprise in the next call they asked me to pay 1000rs and send pictures of the phone. I instantly sent picture of the phone and even though there is no physical or any type of scratch, they took another complaint under damage section and insisted me to part 1000rs or take 3000rs compensation.

                                      These people are big time frauds and their customer and email support team is good for nothing. They are misguiding the customer and playing with words in order to harass the customer to the extreme. I have called them several time and they have been just telling me their manager who has authority will call me and that never happened. I requested on phone and email to give me higher authority number or email address or any other contact info, but these people are hell bent when it comes to customer claims. I will further register grievances with Flipkart for this harrassment caused to me and mental tension I am taking on my head because of this pathetic service provided by Jeeves.
