Hi,
My tv stopped working on dec 18, 2019. I called jeeves for extended warranty and submitted documents. The next day technician came and told screen display is gone and 80% of the value will be refunded.
Now on following with the customer support team, they told that they are trying to get defective item replaced and waiting.
For last 5 days they are saying the same thing and telling to wait for 15-30 days.
I want a strict action should be taken against them for making people fool and keep following.
Since, it is type of insurance, but this people are cheating.
I request people to stop buying from flipkart and taking jeeves insurance, since the product will stop working on completing 1 year.
Jeeves Consumer Services customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
